Mr. Fry Guy - Mofongo Tripleta

Can't get any better than this! I first tried their food at a wedding I attended. Got their info & stopped at the food truck.... same flavor bursting out! Family-owned business operated by a young Christian family with lots of experience. Super friendly & cordial. Best mofongo I've had in years. It was not dry, just right, no sauce needed. Arroz con gandules was on point. Los chicharrones de pollo and carne frita seasoned perfectly. Loved them so much, I had them cater a family activity. While you wait, get a pastelillo de pollo con el pique... amazing! Buen trabajo mi gente.

The Tripleta on the soft sweet bread is a game changer. Service is outstanding. Esthetics of the food truck and uniformed staff is a visual winner.

I just moved here yo Ocala and was so happy to find Puerto Rican food, Mr Fry Guys... the food is excellent and I LOVE THE ALCAPURRIAS.
But I just noticed your prices went up, $5 for 1 alcapurria?? That is to high and if you charge that, they have to be bigger or you're going to lose customers.

I will not lie, but this food truck is absolutely AMAZING! They are amazing. The food is delicious & SO worth it. My kids are OBSESSED with them. Food is always fresh, very flavorful, & they have great options. This is the BEST Puerto Rican food truck in Ocala. Hands down!! Their customer service is amazing! They NEVER disappoint & IF there’s an issue they instantly figure out how to make up for it & communicate it to you & also offer extras for the inconvenience. They aim to please & let me tell you, my family & I are NEVER disappointed! HIGHLY recommend them!
