First time in Ocala and needed a straight banana shake for a little hangover (yes banana shakes does wonders try it for your next hangover lol) and the 2 guys that helped me out were great and attentive. Gave me exactly what i wanted and tastes really good. Definitely will be returning when ever in Ocala again. Thanks guys! Great job!

Just tried this place out Sunday, such a hidden gem! I was made a mega tea and some protein donuts, and they were delicious! The lady behind the bar was so friendly, it felt like we knew each other for years, and we were catching up! I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back!

Stopped in for some protein donuts and was blown away. Kelly definitely made a great recommendation on these.She was very knowledgeable of the product and makes of heck of a healthy snack and energy drink.I highly suggest you give them a try and drink/eat a little more healthy.

My experience was TERRIBLE. This was the worst smoothie bowl I have ever had. They had no fresh ingredients. The woman behind the counter mixed Nutella with water. Like a freak. Literally paid 12 dollars for the worst food ever.

As someone who watches what I eat to remain healthy this is my go to place when I’m in the mood for a waffle. I have also had their juices and coffee drinks which are amazing as well. I recently just tried their donuts as well which were so delicious. All the employees are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!Dietary restrictions: If you are wanting high protein and low carb you will have plenty of options here. Plus, you will get the energy you need with the caffeine you will get.Parking: There is plenty of parking. Plus, there are woods beside the building so many of parking spaces in the shade which is important in the Florida heat.Kid-friendliness: There is a foosball table and other things for kids to do if you desire to hang out or dine in with your meal and/or drinks.
