Honestly I think the best chicken teriyaki I’ve ever had

Placed a phone order, the male who answered said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes and gave the total amount of $60, mind you I ordered 5 dinner meals. I arrived to pick up 25 minutes later, went inside and the food was in fact not ready for pick up. I had to sit and wait an additional 30 minutes. When the food was ready my total was $70, I told the cashier that I was told the total was $60 over the phone. He proceeded to say rudely “well the total is $70 not $60 like you were told.” Made it home just to find out the rice was hard and overall the food was not tasteful in a good way. I will not return to this establishment and I don’t recommend this place for a Chinese food takeout.

first of all this lazy is extremely rude that’s why she NEVER gets any tips. She is very disrespectful doesn’t answer the phone. I was ordering food with my auntie and then she proceeded to get irritated and started yelling and catching an attitude saying “hello hello” and hangs up in my face while i’m telling her my order i try to call back no answer then she blocks my phone calls.

I have been going to #1 since I was a young kid. Today, I ordered roast pork lomein and boneless spare ribs. when I was told the total over 18 dollars. I was shocked but when I returned to my desk at work the food tasted spoiled and horrible. This is crazy what is going on with this place?
