Stopped in today out of the blue, and hands dow ln PHENOMENAL SUBS!!!! I got a sub to go and that sub and sauce was by far the most fulfilling sandwich I’ve had in a long time! Glad to see there’s still great sandwich spots around!!! 5 stars

First time there. I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich and was disappointed. Roll is a hamburger roll that was stale and completely fell apart. One small piece of avocado that does not look appetizing and the spring mix was wilted.

I often order lunch here, they have good sandwiches and soups. Today for the first time I ask them to toast my bread and I was charged extra $1 the explanation was it takes longer to toast a sandwich and other people have to wait longer for their food. Unbelievable answer, the quantity of people matters more to this establishment than keeping customers and providing good customer service. What a shame, Needless to say I will no longer be giving them my business. It's not about the $ but principles. Customer services has gone out the door!!
Was in and out in about 5 minutes. I think going later in the afternoon is very helpful. I can see the wait being longer than usual around lunchtime. I haven't been here in awhile but their food is consistently good. Prices are fairly well.

Horrible service today...woman left me on hold for almost 10 minutes then hangs up..doesn't say a word...then when I get there all she did was shrug her shoulders...by the way indrove allnthe way from my job to the restaurant while on hold..

Worst sandwich....Thank you very much for being fun at the desk and helping me choose from your many options. 5 stars Red.. You guys possibly microwaved and ruined your fresh bread. It was chewy. All the veggies were full of wattery drainage and the Philly beef was some kind of precooked pre chopped mess that was not seasoned...with goverment cheese...Pah-leeze cook, grill, saute, butter, toast or marinate this stuff before it goes out most of us will wait for lovingly prepared foods of all types...You can do way better make some changes.-First time eater guy.
