Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

It took over 1.5hrs to get our order picked up on an online order. Called the location politely to ask the store manager to please help our daughter with this extended process with no prevail. No one picked up!!!! Not good. We will only use local Italian restaurants for now on.

Horrible!! This OG location really showed their true colors of how they really feel about hiring true talent that was apparently a threat to Management. I came for a second interview early and wasted at least 45 minutes of time away from my family, waiting for the Manager. NO ONE bothered to address the delay or bothered to come out to apologize or reschedule. Just rude, unacceptable, unprofessional subpar behavior coming from a so-called "Manager". Who ghosts people for an interview? So tacky and concerning and a disservice to potential new employees. Makes me wonder how the employees already working there are treated. From observing from their behavior and interaction overall, they didn't appear to be too happy at all.  My support and interest in dining at this location or ordering from there overall, has gone out the window. I'm a firm believer in treating all with respect, and leading by example. You think I want to support and work at such a business that displayed questionable hiring practices??  I don't think so.  You just don't treat people that way. ZERO STARS. Boo! 👎👎

Excellent food for a decent price The. Zuppa Toscana soup was very good. Salted perfectly. Our server, Hannah, was friendly and attentive.

We visited this location at noon on a Sunday. The hostess was barely polite but our waiter/server was friendly and helpful. The food was not as good as it usually is at other locations I go to.The floors in the restaurant were filthy, very sticky and made noises as you walked. The bathroom was very nasty. I definitely will not be coming back to this location, was verydisappointed.

When I walked in to reserve my party for 10, I gave them my phone number and told them we would be waiting right outside. They told me the wait would be 30 minutes, after an hour they said had tried calling the number I gave them. We never received a call or text. Their only solution would be for us to get back on the waitlist which was over an hour. The hot Cheeto girl at the door was incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful from the get go. Would not recommend ever coming to this location.

Pretty solid choice. Grandkids love it. Servers are always nice and attentive. Those breadsticks are amazing, as are all of the dishes I've tried. The desserts are pricey, kids love the chocolate mouse cake after lunch, but 10$ a slice is a little nutty. Luckily, so am I, so I always order.

We asked when we walked in if they accepted are gift card we also went online it was on the list. When we went to pay they said are gift certificate was not accepted lucky I had money. I don't know what would have happened if I didn't

I get the zappa soup and salad. As much as you want for one price at lunch. I stay away from gluten and this is so good
