Started off with the Blooming Onion…overdone almost burnt…Then went to the bone in rib.eye…No bone… really? I asked for the manager… he said sometimes they come with a bone sometimes they don’t. I said this is the first time I ever ordered a bone in and did not get a bone. He said I was the first person to complain about it and said you get more meat when the bone is not present. He said if there is anything He could do to make up for it… I suggested free dessert. I ordered a Carrot cake…It was Not a carrot cake but a Spice cake…similar but NOT the same!!! SEED OIL SCOUT claims Outback doesn’t use seed oil for blooming onions…fries or wings.Outback uses a blend of seed oil and beef tallow which might as well be pure seed oil.I will NOT be back. Outback has gone DOWNHILL over the years!!

Don't get the ribs!! They smelled funny. Hope the dog next door likes them. Fries and potatoes cold, but they did bring fresh.

The only good thing about this visit was the front of house manager. My boyfriend and I went out for V-day dinner and were highly disappointed. Our server Kayla only refilled our drinks once (which was just her pouring more tea on our already watered down tea...). We sat there for about 2 hours before we finally got our food and both of our sirloins were horrible. They were so tough we could hardly cut them, let alone eat them (he ordered rare, I ordered medium rare). We ate a few bites, paid and left because it was just awful. I've worked in restaurant service and my Dad has my whole life, I know it is not that difficult to do your job right. We should have just gone to Cheddars instead. Thanks to the front of house manager who came and checked on us and brought more bread when our server did not.

Ordered 4 steak dinners and 4 mashed potatoes. Got home only received 3 out of 4 meals. Waiting an extra 30min to get my food. Called the restaurant and the manager never apologized for the poor service I received. Will never go there again.

We had such a great dinner here tonight. Kristen, our server, was so phenomenal. You can tell she’s a people person as she is so personable, kind, has an amazing energy and she made our whole stay so fun! The food was good too, but she really made it an experience we relished. The manager, Don, came by to check on us too and he showed heartfelt interest in our enjoyment here, which was nice! The food was great, cooked perfectly, and that new chimichurri is *chef‘s kiss* delightful!

Will not be back. The server left after we ordered food and forgot to reassign us a waiter. After over an hour we ask for our food. Yep sent out food that was not hot. The manager was only willing to comp drinks..ice tea. Starving so we ate part of the food. Had to complain again...really. Then I was mad and they comped the food. I am upset how it was handled and how we were treated. This is not a normal for an outback.

We came to Outback for dinner tonight. Ordered Blooming Onion. Very salty, did not send back. Ordered a Steak. Great side of Wedge salad. The dressing (extremely) salty. So salty didn’t eat. So I told waitress and she had a person come out. Told me 3 times that’s how we do it. Told her I didn’t want a new salad, didn’t want to reduce check. Just that it was to salty. After third time told her to go away. Mean, but not listen. Then she went in the kitchen by the door and OUTLOUD told someone I was an idiot! I didn’t say anything and went home. Decided to call manager. Got the same thing. That’s how we season salad. Told him really salty, and I love salt. Told me that how we season, and I could have asked for a salad without seasoning. I didn’t want anything. Just give them feedback. Again I love salt. But this was so bad Me, my wife and son couldn’t eat it because it was so bad.

I have been coming to Outback for years. And have always enjoyed the experience. Yesterday was no different, we enjoyed it very much. However, there are changes happening that I do not like. One of the big draws for me and just a personal enjoyment was the five-dollar Jack and Coke in the little metal mug, which is no longer available at that price. That was a letdown. Also the music on the overhead was pop instead of the nice music I was accustomed to hearing. So far, everything is okay, but it looks like it's heading in a direction that I do not care for. Once it becomes generic, there's no reason to seek it out because you can get the same thing anywhere.
