if I could give zero stars I would. a manager I assume with black hair and blonde streaks was not kind nor understanding. coming from a spanish family that came to dine, it felt like I don’t know if a white family would’ve gotten the same treatment. the servers were kind but I believe that manager should not be in customer service.

The service was a little slow but we went later at night around 830. So the waiter had the most the middle section and bar area to tend to. We got everything we needed though. The manager came by and was very nice made sure we were taken care of. As for the food it was the best food I've had from an outback in a very long time! Their cheese fries had the perfect amount of cheese. Usually it's lite on the cheese, which is disappointing.

Two managers from two different outback steakhouses emailed me but no one followed through very disappointing.....

The restaurant itself was in good condition and our waitress was kind sweet and professional but the food was way below par. All the courses were underwhelming and salty and the main course, our steaks, we're not seasoned right, overcooked and the first bite tasted like soap to me. The manager took our complaint with little issue but I've seen a lot better customer service and care than what he showed us. We basically paid for appetizers and drinks and left having to pay a bill over $60. Proceed with caution.

Amanda was our server. She’s phenomenal. She’s the server of three servers. She was able to take on a great big load and still kept a great attitude, composure and demeanor. We’re grateful to have her. Also Don the manager came by our table, greet us and make sure all has been well after our meal. This is exceptional service if you ask me. I’ll definitely eat here again. Thank you guys for a great meal and great service.

1st time to this outback Had to wait nearly 10 mins from sitting to a server The food was good, but timings were off Overall good food, served hot. I do like the pay at booth machine.
