Ordered medium steak and Alice green chicken with two sides. Steak was cooked perfection. Enjoyed my meal.

So that's 2 bad meals back to back. Rare prime rib internal temp is 120-125. As if thats not enough, but the manager stated " well you did order it rare. It was cold. I ordered the 16 oz the replacement was a 12oz and still cold the Mac and cheese. Yep you guest it cold as well. So it got microwaved to lava hot. Let me remind you that this was not the first time but the second time I've left that restaurant hungry.

Order 22oz porterhouse and it came out looking like they microwave it. Couldn’t even cut into the steak. No grill marks. They said they only cook the steak on the grill. But could clearly see that wasn’t the case. After a struggle to cut the steak you could see the heat source only hit the steak from one side. Raw on one side and the steak looked almost white.

We sat at the bar placed our order after 10 min of waiting watched 4 people leave while waiting for bartender I had to get me and another lady at the bar Togo boxes I asked the Hostess as she walked by if I could get my check and a Togo cup she gets@ the corner and says very loud "OH MY LORD" the food was great but service was HORRIBLE we did see the Manager but he disappeared after he fixed the complaint from the other ladies at the bar I am a very good tipper but I didn't tip my usual 25% we sit at the bar because the bartender isn't going anywhere this girl was somewhere but definitely not behind the bar if she was overwhelmed with to many customers where was the manager to back her up

Great steaks and drinks

We had dinner at this restaurant recently. Waited 40 minutes for a table, when the reason was that no staff would clean ones that were available. The food took 40 minutes and was cold. The worst part is we order filet mignon and were served a low cot sirloin at best cut in strange form. My nephew ordered lobster tail and steak. Lobster cold and steak was like chewing a rug. We did state this to the waitress n she agreed that it was not filet mignon. No manager came to the table. We had bad experience in the past here, but wanted to try again for a second chance. Never again will we choose a restaurant that insults our knowledge of steak and our wallets. Shame on you Outback!

4 shrimp and 3 pieces of steak in a $24 dinner absolutely absurd!!

We enjoyed it though the chef mixed my wife's steak with mine, but easy enough fix. Salad was good, but did not get extra dressing as requested. Brussel sprouts were great as well. Steak was good too.

Unfortunately the past two times we've been here has just been bad. Used to be really good. All the food coming out of the kitchen was amateurish, undercooked, lukewarm, swimming in oil, just bad.

Steaks were tasty but not as tender as I'd like.

Chopped meat cooked raw still cold with ice cold grilled onions in gravy sent back heated in microwave cause everything was super hot even veggies. So my burger was cooked in microwave instead of making new.
