I normally visit the Panda Express in Lady Lake Florida, but due to circumstance I was at the Ocala Panda Express. I was somewhat disappointed when the orange chicken was very tough and difficult to cut with the plastic knife. I have never experienced this at the Lady Lake Panda.
It's an unfortunate situation of which I have no explanation since everything is pre-packaged and manufactured in a Black ops factory of unknown origin.

My son ordered food to be delivered and they managed to only send the rice & noodles. No protein, and then to have what they didn't send delivered, it cost more!
Very disappointing service and customer service.

Unlike units in cities with a higher concentration of tourists, we really liked the welcoming atmosphere of this unit. We get the food fresh, straight out of the frying pan. Orange chicken at its best.
