Erick was an amazing help..My child and ai had been on the road for hours and stopped in.. Erick took his time going over the menu for me to figure the best option for autistic child..kind ..uniform well put..thank u Erick for being so kind and helpful..stress free once I got back in the car thanks to is actions ..God bless

I understand that these the cost of everything is up but I'm never coming back to Panera if I'm buying a $10 suit that's not even the size of a bowl that you would have at home that is just ridiculous I've I have been to three other countries India Japan and Thailand and they are supposed to be poor countries in us but yet their suit does not cause $5 k

This is the third time I’ve tried this Panera and each time has been some sort of issue. Twice the person taking my order has had minimal knowledge of the menu. Most recently today, when asking if any of the drinks besides coffee had caffeine I was told “no, I don’t think so?” The girl forgot my sandwich completely (on a 3 item order. A bagel, a half sandwich, and a drink). Then when I asked about it she asked for more money from me. I asked how much a bagel costs considering my drink was $4 and some change, I couldn’t imagine the bagel being an additional 4 dollars to amount to the total I just paid. She told me it’s 1.89 but if toasted it’s $3.89, except mine wasn’t toasted so the total still didn’t make sense. Check your receipts people, not sure why “toasted” would require this much of an upcharge anyway. Instead of acknowledging my question on the total she told me to just pull forward if I don’t want the sandwich. Definitely won’t return with this type of service.
Maria catered our physician meeting at AdventHealth Ocala and she was incredibly kind, thorough, and efficient. Couldn't have been better!!

I tried to get a job there and was told they would call me back with if I got it or not after a week of no call back I called them and was told by a worker that was on the phone that since I didn’t get a call that I obviously didn’t get the job and then proceeded to hang up the phone rudely. When I went In for the open interview o thought the workers seemed nice and respectful guess not
