Bye to another company that's put profits and wokeness ahead of quality and service. AND I have only myself to blame as I had to do the self serve order tablet and therefore didn't see this impersonated pastry passing itself off as my "usual order" the tablet listed it as.

GOOD FOOD and Atmosphere but the front counter woman Ana needs to be better trained about courtesy and restraint. I encountered her making inappropriate jokes with her colleagues. I stood for several minutes awaiting her attention while she was laughing and making insensitive jokes with her colleagues. She was inattentive and rude during my counter ordering process.

The food we ordered from Doordash for dinner was fantastic. I already left a review through doordash about our delivery driver (1 star for stealing my food!) But anyways, after the fiasco of having my bag opened by the DD driver and her stealing our large Mac and cheese, the manager Sarah RE-ORDERED the missing large Mac for re-delivery. It took less than 30 minutes to get the re-ordered Mac, which they paid for. When we opened it up she had even sent a big chocolate chip cookie for free! She was so courteous and kind on the phone as well. I think her professionalism should be applauded as very few are left in any industry with human courtesy nowadays. So thank you to manager Sarah!!

Everything about my experiences here over the past 10+ years is just okay - average at best.My most recent visit was for breakfast with 2 friends on a Tuesday morning in January of 2024. We ordered at a kiosk, then waited for our food. None of our sandwiches appeared to be anything other than a microwaved, pre-prepared sandwich. Not terrible, but not what I would expect for a place like this. I've had better experience with their lunch food so maybe I should stick with that from now on.They now have a drive thru at this location, but I'm not sure if that's good or bad. There were plenty of seats available for us at 7am with a lot of folks stopping in and getting orders to go.Parking: Plenty of spots available during breakfast hours.
Food is absolutely delicious and the cookies are heavenly. There seems to be a number of individuals taking up booths watching Internet shows, gaming, etc. It appeared they were there for the Wi-Fi access.

Place is beautiful, staff is nice and helpful.But food... why chicken soup tastes like it has pickles in it?!How hard is to just mix good broth, noodles and chicken?!Why sandwich has to have that awful green sauce on it too, why there no quick order plain option "baquet/toasted/non toasted/ add cheese, / add chicken/ done?!Why not only you can't get normal salad sauce in Panera ( ranch or mayo or blue cheese or caesar, I'm not that picky)But also can't get a good hearty soup?!Even Wawa has better soups!

ATTENTION PANERA CORPORATE: PULL this owner's franchise(s)! We arrived at 6:45 AM on a Tuesday morning for a dozen bagels - and they were already OUT of almost EVERYTHING - For the day!!! What??!! The clerk said "Well, a lot of people ordered in advance". Of course, they did. And of course, a THOUGHTFUL and caring franchise owner well knows that, and PREPARES enough product accordingly. This owner is neither thoughtful nor caring. Then I went over to get my self-serve dark roast coffee - and it was OUT- again! This is not the first time this has happened to us at this location - But it will be the LAST! Mr/Ms Franchise Owner, You don't care about us, the customers. We don't care about YOU, either! We're DONE with you!!!
