I come to pick up an order and they didn't get it right,I asked him to get my bread right and they said they couldn’t even though other times they have toasted my bread.. This is the worst Panera experience I’ve had so far and I love Panera,
It was terrible. I ordered a on the app for rapid pick up. It wa a a ten minute wait I stood there for over 30 minutes waiting on my food and I placed the order 15 minutes before I even got there. My bred bowl was ice cold. My salad was wrong and they were very rude.

Used th live Panera...went 5x a week But they have taken my face off the menu...steak...not the kind they have now...all chopped up...no horseradish.. the bread portion is crazy small..I stopped going

Pretty much you order a bagel with cc and they give you a cold one not even cut or toasted like a total joke I have no idea they have such a lazy team shame not doing business here anymore. 0 costumer service what so ever….! I have to ask for a knife and do it my self.
