This location is the best in Ocala. The pizza made just how I like it and no need to double check if I got everything...sauces drinks or whatever. Update: food is still good but wait times are ridiculous!!... don't bother going on your lunch break

They have been using door dash more frequently and every time my order comes through them it drives cold almost 45 minutes after its picked up all the store staff does is say to call door dash

While I understand delays can happen during busy times, my order arrived approximately 30 minutes later than the estimated timeāwhich was understandable. However, I ordered a pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, and a third topping, and it arrived without any pepperoniāa key ingredient in what was supposed to be a pepperoni pizza.
I called the restaurant to inform them of the issue, not to request a refund or compensation, but simply to let them know. After explaining the situation to a woman on the phone, I was placed on hold. A male staff member then picked up and immediately responded with, āI find that hard to believe,ā which came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
I had just spent close to $50 on a medium pizza and 6 wings, with delivery fees and tips nearly matching the food cost. For that price, I expected better customer service and attention to the order details.
The one positive experience was with the DoorDash driver, who provided excellent communication and timely updates throughout the process.

Iāve been a loyal fan of Papa John's for years, and it never disappoints! The pizza is consistently delicious, Iāve recently tried their chicken pizza, and it's amazing! I also had the pleasure of interacting with John, the manager at this location, and he really made the experience even better. He was super friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to ensure our order was perfect. Itās clear that Papa John's cares about both their food and their customers.
Highly recommend grabbing a slice (or two) from Papa John's, especially if Johnās around to make your experience even better!

Terrible germ spreading, i ordered and the girl who took my order went from handling cash to start my order without gloves and without atleast washing hands, while she waiting for the food to be done in the oven, then she proceeded to text while picking her nose, all while im right there, then the foods ready and again boxes it with her dirty hands she handled her phone and picked her nose. All this happened on 5/13/25 around 10pm, so hopefully Management does something about this cause it was disgusting!!!

The worst Pizza in Ocala! They did it wrong the first time was not cooked like if you were chewing gum parts no cheese tomatoes sauce cold! We called to complaint and they send us a new one which was worst! Check your oven looks like is not working or train Pizza maker!
