We order a pizza. I go to pick it up at the time they told me to. When I get there, they tell me it’s going to be another 30 minutes and apologize, saying they’re really busy. I understand, so I go sit in my truck because there’s nowhere to sit inside. 35 minutes later, I go back in and they tell me it’s going to be another 25 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid, I’d tell them to keep it. Worked 10 hours today. Just want to go home, eat, and shower, but instead I’m stuck in Papa John’s parking lot.

Ordered a large hamburger, jalapeño, onion pizza. The worst pizza ever!! No meat, except one piece you could actually see a sign of some hamburger. So disappointing, called manager to see how they make them. He stated they use 2 cups of hamburger on a large pizza. I would almost say they left off the hamburger if not for the one piece with signs of meat. First time for a jalapeño, onion pizza…. Not good!

I really like really good pizza. the wings super well I prepare them just as I wanted the customer service is very friendly. I am very sorry for the experience we had when we found. half of what looks like cockroach spend more than 70 dollars and end up eating instant soup

Hey I just want to give a shout out to you guys.. Dave was super cool and took care of me over a discrepancy!! In the past there was a Manager named Ashley that I wrote a bad review about. She’s gone now and Dave is there!! Total change in Customer service for the better and now it feels good to go back because Papa John’s is my favorite. Thank you guys for listening and I hope you guys notice Dave for being such a great guy to deal with!!

My review is on Rob who makes the pizza for pick up orders. I have lived in the area for five years and never had any issues. I stopped eating pizza for over a year and recently started back ordering and every single time I order and go into the store or send my kids in to get our order the service is always great. Rob knows me by name and I honestly never knew his name until today. He is kind, friendly and a great person. We mainly order meatless pizza and honestly it’s some of the best pizza that I have ever had. No other pizza in the area can compare. I have had other staff ring me up and assist me and never have any issues. I wish nothing but success for this store and keep employees like Rob around, Ocala needs more of him. Thanks Rob, Horace.

A few of the gentleman that work here recognized me when I came into the door, set a recognized me from always being a positive person and picking up trash outside. But I came in this particular day because one of the employees at blessed me with a free pizza gift card, in which I was extremely grateful because I didn't have any money for food this day nor do I have any means at the moment to acquire any so I was very thankful these guys are awesome I got the pizza topped with spinach swiss cheese it was absolutely delicious and fresh.

Large 14 inch pizza had 2 inches of crust all the way around it. Very little ingredients on the inside.
