Hey I just want to give a shout out to you guys.. Dave was super cool and took care of me over a discrepancy!! In the past there was a Manager named Ashley that I wrote a bad review about. She’s gone now and Dave is there!! Total change in Customer service for the better and now it feels good to go back because Papa John’s is my favorite. Thank you guys for listening and I hope you guys notice Dave for being such a great guy to deal with!!
My review is on Rob who makes the pizza for pick up orders. I have lived in the area for five years and never had any issues. A few of the gentleman that work here recognized me when I came into the door, set a recognized me from always being a positive person and picking up trash outside. But I came in this particular day because one of the employees at blessed me with a free pizza gift card, in which I was extremely grateful because I didn't have any money for food this day nor do I have any means at the moment to acquire any so I was very thankful these guys are awesome I got the pizza topped...
