I ordered online, pickup chosen was 45 minutes. After I submitted my order the response was that my pizza would be ready 20 minutes earlier than I picked. I called immediately and they said you needed another step after picking your time slot. This was not clear on the app. They told me my pizza was already started and they couldn't do anything about it. Manager explained it but did not apologize or offer discount.

Pizza is good, but at pickup saw the guy making the pizza had open sores all over his flour covered hands… absolutely disgusting!!! Is there seriously no management making sure the employees aren’t working with such a serious lack of sanitary procedures?!? Will not be returning.

Tonight was the 2nd time we didn't receive our full order. Wings were missing, we called right away and the manager Chandler (were told is his name) refused to get on the phone and so the young girl on the phone couldn't help. There wasn't an offer to refund our money, bring us the rest of our order or even get a credit. Absolutely ridiculous way to treat your customers.

Came here got 2 medium pepperoni pizzas and was charged 45 dollars when I looked the receipt when I got home I realized I was over charged went back and the refused to give me my money back because "I should've been smart enough to realize I got over charged". Pizza was doughy and not crispy like I requested. Overall terrible experience. Guess we will be finding a new place to get pizza for pizza Fridays

Employee there, was in hospital for a month and texted manager everyday for days I needed off. Then I get fired for being AWAL as texting wasn't good enough anymore even though I had a tube down my nose and had trouble talking. The manager on duty smiled at me the whole time he was letting me know as he seemed to enjoy giving me this information. I have all my missed days covered by doctors notes. Going to talk to a lawyer for wrongful firing as it is obvious I was fired for being in the hospital and not for not letting them know.
Food was alright but much more expensive than last time we had. A large pizza and cheesy bread was $32, no delivery no extra fees. We'll be going to Belleview Pizza or Pasta Faire for our pizza from now on.

Placed an order ahead of when I needed it. I wanted it delivered at 4, said that that was correct when I ordered, at 350 I get a message it's not gonna be here til 425. Why place an order for a specific time when it's not gonna be done when it's supposed to be? Then when we got it it was cold. Not to mention I ordered the new shaqaronni and the amt of pepperoni was not like its advertised. All in all it was not good. Won't order from papa John's again.

it's a change pizza place you walk in you walk out with a pizza there pizzas are always soggy in the middle not cooked to well un like a pizzeria where they are able to turn the pizza to cook it...there over priced it's a pizza no gold.
