I ordered what clearly says it’s two regular sized cheesesteaks and then had two sections for me to customize each one. However, when the order arrived, it was a single cheesesteak with double meat. A burden the roll could not handle making the whole thing an inedible sloppy mess. I had ordered from here before and the food was good. Unfortunately, this experience was souring and it’s expensive so at a minimum i expect to receive what’s ordered. I’ll give them another chance but not happy tonight.

Absolutely awful. You're better off with a microwaved convenience store sandwich. So dry and salty it was practically inedible. Never again

Funeral for a Sandwich: In Ocala, the only thing that keeps this from being the WORST cheesesteak place in town is that their fries are okay. On a scale of colors, my beef was closer to black than dark brown--and it shouldn't even be dark brown. The carmelized onions I ordered either never made it into the sandwich or were carmelized in to oblivion along with every other single molecule of moisture in that awful, dark, dry sandwich. Not even the weird, salad dressing-ish, provolone (or was it parmesan?) dressing could bring this steak back to life and adding ketchup at home was just a waste of ketchup. My wife's chicken steak was dry, but edible, but it was all FAR TOO EXPENSIVE to be presented to a customer. I'm glad I was wearing a black t-shirt so the steak and I were dresses alike for its funeral. Stay away from this place!!!

We’re originally from up north so we were very excited to find another cheesesteak place had come to Ocala. However, we were left horribly disappointed. We ordered a 12” chipotle cheesesteak add peppers and mushrooms(paid extra for those), a 6” buffalo chicken cheesesteak, and a large fry(feeds 3-5 according to the website). What we got was a 12” regular cheesesteak with no peppers and mushrooms, a 6” regular cheesesteak, and what looked like a small fry. Then we notice the fries looked…breaded. I’m not even kidding, they were the weirdest fries I’ve ever seen and did not taste good. Then there’s the cost, $40 for two cheesesteaks and fries, that seems really steep given the amount and quality of food. I called the customer service number on my order confirmation email, they immediately refunded me, the guy had no emotion, no apology, no nothing, just here’s your refund, thanks for calling. All in all, the whole experience was disappointing and weird.

I have to say...absolutely the best chicken cheesesteak I have had down here in Fla since coming from Philly...actually better than up north. Did the Grubhub thing...it came early and was still hot! All I know is that I found my go to place when I have that urge for an amazing steak or chicken sandwich!
