The bad and then the good. The table had a build up of grime on it which I was able to scratch off in places. My grilled chicken was small and overcooked. We ordered one sandwich meal and a three piece strip which was not a meal combo. Came to $22. Too much money for the food. Service was good. She was polite and knowledgeable when she took our order. My husbands gave the spicy strips a 10 out of 10. Fries were good. Hubby had a problem with the app and the manager assited and made it right. Pictures are posted Update: went back two days later since hubby likes the chicken strips and the tables are still dirty and grimy.

Normally I don't have any issues. I ordered online and when I got my food, I did not have my shake. I didn't have any of the extras I paid for. I had to drive there which was a very big inconvenience where I work. Only once I got there they were packed. It took over 40 minutes to get my food re-made. I ordered food at 11:10 to be delivered at 12. My work is busy so by the time I checked it, it was too late. I feel like if someone ordered online it should have taken precedence over current orders going on. Especially since their food process is relatively quick. I'm not saying it's their fault they were busy, but I think things should have been done correctly in the beginning so that this wasn't an issue that needed to arise in the first place. Other than that, the staff was friendly. Like I said, it's my first bad experience with them. But being late for work was not on my to-do list today. Maybe next time will be a better experience.

So I ordered thru GrubHub. My side salad wasn't looking too good but I was able to pick thru it. But everything else was fantastic! The Mac n cheese soooooo good. And I got waffle fries and a bunch of sauces. The PDQ sauce is on point!! Was my 1stbtime eating here and I'll definitely order again
