This place is disgraceful! They continually run out of medication and the patient is suffering because of it! When Ramesh was there this kind of BS didn't fly. My husband has been out of medication for over a week and has been going through withdrawals and I'll be next because it looks like they won't have 2 of my meds! They keep saying go to another pharmacy and have them fill your prescriptions. These other pharmacies don't want to help fill the Rxs because they are controlled substances and they were already sent to Pine pharmacy!!! This is a NIGHTMARE! It has gotten to the point where you can't even park your car there due to the configuration of the buildings. At one time we sung they're praises but now I'd give them a BELOW ZERO rating if I could! Poor communication because of dialect from India that you can't understand!!! I can't wait to move my business elsewhere!!!!

These are the kindest people who works there! Most pharmacies lately are very judgemental. So asking any questions would be out of the way! With these people who are most understanding, The Pharmacist is known to make phone calls to the people if they have any questions he's sure to call you back with the answer! Now a day you're lucky if you get to speak to a recording but to speak to the pharmacist! WOW, that blows my mind! Thanks Mr. Ram your 1 in a million! The best pharmacy son the old ma n pa places!

Wish I could score them a zero. While the people are polite, they have no follow through. I transfered my prescriptions to them and while they most of the scripts wrong or they “lost” them. When trying to get the scripts correct working with the pharmacist and showing previous bottles they are still incorrect. I’ve requested my scripts to be transfered out of there, and it’s been a week and they still haven’t started the request to send to Walgreens. I wouldn’t suggest this pharmacy in its current setting.

I have a monthly RX that they fill for me and it's always a pleasure to interact with them whether in person or by phone. The staff and pharmacist are very welcoming and if I have a question they take the time to accommodate me. Unlike other local pharmacies, with the folks at Pine, I dont feel rushed when asking questions or checking out. Give them a try. I highly recommend Pine Pharmacy. Kind regards.

Horrible place to go to. The pharmacist is the most unprofessional store representative I have ever dealt with. She shouldn't be be allowed to help anyone and should keep her personal problems to herself. Not everyone getting a prescription filled is an addict and some don't have a choice but to depend on pain meds. She should be sued for her comments. Next time I'll have you recorded.
