Pizza Hut in Ocala

“Idk if you guys got new employees or if the manager was at the store tonight but we just had pizza and wings from the Marion Oaks Pizza Hut and it was probably the best we have ever had from this location. The pizza had a good amount of toppings and the wings were nicely cooked and had a crispy skin. Really happy with the quality and taste of everything!“

“I like it here, overall.

I have ordered several times, and my order has been correct about half of the time.

Staff is attentive, sometimes not entirely friendly, but that's understandable.

A few times, my pizza was burnt, but they still gave it to me.

Overall, I recommend the location, but you'll probably need to check your order before you leave.“

“On 12-4-23 I called Pizza Hut and tried to order a Melt for pickup. Unfortunately, I was connected to your call center and reached someone I had great difficulty in understanding. I asked to be transferred to the store and then I got a dial tone. Either the person I was talking to didn't know how to transfer the call, or he hung up. I called again and was able to get through to the store. My order had not been received. I spoke with Sherry, 026523. She apologized for the other employee, made me feel I was a valued customer, and gave me the Melt at no charge.“

“Great pizza! Easy to order online! Close to the hotel we're staying at! We bought some two litters and the lady at the register (I didn't get her name. ?) She was great and gave us plates and cups and napkins. Definitely would recommend!! A+++++“

“Cashier was fast to find my pick up order. Paying in store worked very easily and received my food, nice, hot, and fresh with the items I ordered. The cashier was also very kind and quick so service was amazing. With only the store being small in the area, at least the food was great to have especially on a pre-order. If out of curiosity, I had the meat lovers melt which came with Marinara and added some garlic dipping sauce as well. Very nice different flavors to have.“
