The most ghetto pizza hut I have ever been too!!....Cynthia (I'm assuming the manager or supervisor) was screaming at all the employees and giving them attitude. The employees are screaming in the back cursing up a storm. I called this order in 45 minutes in advance and when I got there to pick it up my order I was still waiting another 30 mins. It was only a dinner box!

We ordered a large Supreme and they told us it would take 50 minutes to receive it we said ok but thought that was a long time. But that 50 minutes turned in to 1 hour and a half. They said it was because door dash had not gotten to it yet. If we knew that pizza hut was not going to deliver it we would have called 5 star. We are DONE with pizza hut after 20 years buying from the same store. They have lost a good costumer

I ordered online, the pizza was almost ready when I arrived, paid the check, pizza was then ready. When I got home, I found the pizza was exactly as I had ordered and still hot enough to enjoy. Kudos to the crew!

I tried to place a $60 order today, most of it the $7 deals+ and I couldn't use a coupon code.
I mean, I get it. You think you're already giving us a deal by only charging $7 but when it's a $60 order?? C'mon...you should know better, and your site should too. ;)
Stop being so damned greedy. I know how much things actually cost lol. At minimum, you could have given a 10% discount or even just free delivery.
So you know what?? I just won't order. How much money are you saving now?? lol ;) This is why Pizza Hut will go into bankruptcy or die. You're not competitive. Not even a chicken parm melt?? Or a Philly beef melt?? Sigh

The service was great and so was the food they got my address wrong the food was late and they did not advise me that I was getting charged a 20% charge for using my card because I didn't include delivery fees
