They posted something about a deal they had on personal pizzas and then when I call to order one they had already stop the deal they had with personal pizzas so when I went to go pick them up and I asked about my order that's when I was informed they no longer we're doing that so it made me look stupid

Ordered 2 large pizzas yesterday and both were severely overcooked . One even had black marks from being burnt. Extremely disappointing

I dropped my pizza on the ground and they were so nice. Sherry remade it for me no charge . Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend
I love this Pizza Hut joint on the blvd ❤️🥰people are friendly and hard working! Plus our food always perfect!!!!!! Thank you because o have a picky husband 🤦🏾♀️😂 my pics are from after a long shift and I had to hit up one of my favorite places ❤️

The in-store employees are great. The call center needs a lot of work. I get hung up on all the time. Most of the people doesn't speak great English!

Terrible management, cooks have an incredibly tough time reading special instructions when ordering through the app. They try to blame the customer when they mess up and then give you a blank stare when there is an issue. I’ve given them more chances than they deserve, to start reading instructions and making it right, but after a longer period than I like to admit, they have lost my business. Filed complaint with corporate, they indicated the store would contact me, it’s been over a month and no surprise, they haven’t. This isn’t a one off, this is a store culture. Attached are three completely different instances/examples of them not following simple instructions to “cut into squares”. Sometimes they realize they messed up AFTER they already cut into triangles and then proceeded to massacre the pizza, only to say “oops, sorry”.

Outstanding customer service provided from Kathrin & Cynthia was super helpful, very courteous, even suggested a new pizza! She’s awesome the whole staff worked great together when it was super busy.
