Went to Pizza Hut today for the first time in years to do there Tues $2 deal. I went when my order said ready online. Got in the store the customer rep said it was not ready. Waiting 20 mins just for them to look and see that it was there ready in the hot box the entire time. When I req a refund for the cold pizza I was told there was no refunds so still bad service after all these years I guess Pizza Hut will never change

I am very sorry that the store delegates customer satisfaction to third parties. Today afternoon I placed an order through the pizza hut app, which I understand is directly with them and that they will be the ones to deliver the order, they make the decision. to send with doordash an order that was supposed to arrive at 7:15pm ended up arriving at 7:32pm because they couldn't find my address they left it on the floor and to make matters worse cold I called the store to see what they can do and it literally marinated very He kindly tells me that although it was hardly their fault, once the pizza leaves the place they can't do anything, if I want he gives me the doordash number so I can solve it and he even questioned whether the pizza was cold I answer him I didn't order food through Doordash, I went to pizza hut and I understand they must be the ones to respond, they know in the end they didn't solve anything for me, I spent almost $40 for some cold pizzas and I was totally upset.

I Ordered online on the app and waited over an hour for my food so I finally called the store. The guy says we tried to call you but we had to cancel your order. Place is a joke.
Pizza was missing half of the cheese. Only sauce bread and toppings on most of the pizzas we ordered. Disappointed and they should maybe check the pizzas before they send them out.

Horrible place. Food was really cold and not cooked all the way so I went right back up there at 10:00pm to have them cook it more and the door was locked and they wouldn't let me in so I called them from the parking lot and they said they were closed but they don't close until midnight. I tried explaining to them that my pizza wasn't cooked all the way but they were very rude and wouldn't do any thing to fix it. I wouldn't eat here if it was the only place open but thankfully their are plenty other places to eat in the area
