This place has nothing but a bunch of rude employees and managers who bully the employees! The food sucks now. There was one boy who was working His name started with a J,(Jeremy or jeremiah) he was super sweet and helpful but you could hear the other workers in the back being mean and nasty. Yall all work in the same place being rude to someone else who works with you! They need new managers who are actually professional.

Apparently no one allowed to use the rest room even when your a customer never seen a place that offers dine in not let you use the rest room and that's the manager thats keeping them locked never ordering here again and telling everyone pizza hut has gone down hill

Ordered a pizza and found a hard object that looked like a tooth. Called the manager, Nicole, and she found it funny. As she laughed as I was explaining that there was an object found in my food. I was so disrespected and couldn't believe that this is who they have in charge and who is the face of there franchise. Will never order from this store and don't recommend anyone else to order.

My sincerest apologies in advance for this unfortunate review as I used to be a very huge Pizza Hut fan. It's been years since I've been to any Pizza Hut and when I came here from my order, to say that this place was completely Horrifically Horrible wouldn't nearly come close to how awful this place is. As I walked in and sat after a long night from work to continue to wait on my order, I also had to undergo the conversation of the cashier using intense profanity and talking about how gross something in their cooking area was. Though I don't remember the person's name who was behind that register, I do know that he was african american. I just don't know what happened as this is not the pizza hut I remembered as a child, and It's very disappointing because growing up with my family, pizza hut was always our all time favorite place, but this particular restaurant has definitely change that completely as I no longer want anything to do with any pizza hut for as long as I live

The new manager is amazing! She has totally turned this place around!! I tried their $10 pizza and couldn't get over how much better it was! The restaurant is clean and organized. The restrooms are out of order because the landlord refuses to fix the sewer drains that collapsed under the entire plaza. She's done a great job controlling what she can control! Highly recommend!

We were door dashing picking 2 orders up from this location and My 10 year old needed to use the restroom. He has kidney issues and can't hold it long. So, I sent him inside to use to the restroom and the lady behind the counter told him the restrooms are out of order. There are plenty of employees inside working, are you telling me none of them have to use the restroom all day or they have no place to use the potty!? This is ridiculous! He is 10!!! It would have taken him 5 seconds to use the restroom. Its not like he is going to sleep in there or tear it up! Their customers service skills need to improve.

Went to Pizza Hut today for the first time in years to do there Tues $2 deal. I went when my order said ready online. Got in the store the customer rep said it was not ready. Waiting 20 mins just for them to look and see that it was there ready in the hot box the entire time. When I req a refund for the cold pizza I was told there was no refunds so still bad service after all these years I guess Pizza Hut will never change
