Cashier was fast to find my pick up order. Paying in store worked very easily and received my food, nice, hot, and fresh with the items I ordered. The cashier was also very kind and quick so service was amazing. With only the store being small in the area, at least the food was great to have especially on a pre-order. If out of curiosity, I had the meat lovers melt which came with Marinara and added some garlic dipping sauce as well. Very nice different flavors to have.

Disappointed with the service tonight. I placed an order at 7:04 PM with a scheduled pickup time of 7:19 PM. When I arrived, I was told they had accidentally given my order to a DoorDasher with a similar name. The cashier spoke to the manager then let me know they’d need to remake the order, which would take another 15 minutes. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our food until 8:04 PM.
What made the experience worse was the manager’s attitude—unapologetic and dismissive. I even overheard her say, “We aren’t giving any discounts, we’re busy.” Thankfully, the younger staff members were more understanding and offered free cheesy bread to make up for the inconvenience.
Still, the lack of accountability and poor customer service from management means I won’t be returning. They lost a customer tonight.

i had recently left a good review for this location because they had always been very good. Today was not even partly good. My husband pre-ordered two personal pizzas online. we waited until the app told us it should be ready and headed there. When we arrived the place was packed with very upset customers. And our order was not yet ready either after a half hour wait and a mob forming in the lobby of customers saying they had been there for over an hour waiting for their orders we were given the two personal pizzas. Our order was two pepperoni personal pizzas one with light sauce and when we arrived at home. I have to say i haven't been so mad in quite some time but i am livid at this point. This is unacceptable and especially if it just came out of the oven supposedly .. Neither pizza looked like they even have cheese on them or sauce n they barely have pepperoni .. this is ridiculous .We spent our money and time to drive clear across town and to go pick up the worst pizzas ive ever seen. The woman at the front doesn't seem to know how to keep the orders coming they are all sitting in the warmer while people wait It's absurd to be honest. But they are quick to ask for the tip tho.. I gotta tip for them Do Better if you are under staffed then hire more people and make pizzas that do not look like this ..pics provided 👇👇

This location and my wallet are getting divorced as of today. These pizza’s lack ingredients, the menu items are displayed so nicely but the products we the customers are paying for are just terrible and when confronted, the staff at this location is just clueless. We have used this location 3 times, and each time it is something wrong. Over all pizza hut has served me bread bread and more bread. I want toppings, that I pay for. I also want pizza that is much better tasting and serve with pride. Pizza Hut: you have lost your touch - and this location is obviously not a true Pizza Hut. So enjoy the last 35 dollars I have paid for a single pizza and so called cheeze sticks. I can stick to my homemade pizza which are way better anyways.

Horrible experience here. We ordered delivery, and half the order was missing. We have been on hold on a call center for over an hour. We drove up to the store and gave the food back and asked for our money back, and they told us we can't give cash back. We don't want a gift card. This whole experience has been horrible.
