I called and the person on the phone had such a thick accent I couldn't understand them. They advertised 19.00 value box but wanted to charge me 26.00 for it. We ordered from Marcos instead.

I used to work here, as a driver and was let go because I had problems with my car and got sick. I was having car problems, sent a video to my store manager showing me being able to completely take off the air intake manifold on my car and told them I was probably not going to be in for a while. My manager, for whatever stupid reason decided it best to schedule me on days when I told her specifically I would not be able to work. On the day that I was supposed to call and remind her that my car part had not arrived yet, I fell terribly ill and was lost much time. The next recollection of time I had was when my manager texted me telling me I was supposed to be at work when I told her the part wasn’t in and I was terribly sick. So for whatever reason, she, Betina, still hasn’t taking me off of the weeks schedule. So the following day or day after, I’m still sick and coughing up a lung and tell them that I still don’t have the part and can’t come in, they tell me to just call in tomorrow and have a driver ready to take over my shift. I do that and my manager tells me that I have to come in with a doctors slip to excuse all my absences and specifically said that it didn’t matter if I had all the receipts showing the purchase and arrival of the part and she told me it didn’t matter. I tell her that legally im sick and cannot come back in that day and that I don’t have the 200+ dollars laying around to be able to pay for it so that was the end of our contract. I’m here to boycot this company, specifically at this location, so that other may know of their shady business. This is a strategy that they used, as none of this was discussed the day before when I called and asked what to do to be prepared for the inevitable. I also know that under this managers directive that someone working at the store put food from the dumper into the walking refrigerator/freezer. The cleanliness of the place was horrible before myself and another employee got there it’s obvious that no one cleaned and that is apparent by the directive of the general manager: Dustin ..? I believe? In three months I saw that store, which was a failing store, bombarded with too much work: I only saw him help out once. The is the type of mentality of a leader who allows dirt to be caked on the wall and floors of one of his ship. There are parts of that store that i I had to clean by scraping it with a metal tool. Disgusting. I thought my experience ought to be shared.Also just about everything is frozen. You’re basically buying expensive digiorno. Enjoy!

Pizza was hot and fresh and made exactly as ordered. Pizza was ready for pickup in record time. Just a few minutes! Cashier was pleasant and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. All in all the pizza was hot, fresh and delicious. Very positive dining experience.

This was the worst pizza wubiquitouse have ever got from pizza hut. Very little toppings, and mostly all cheese. Will never order another pizza from pizza hut again. We have been customers of pizza hut for more than 20 years but never again.

Pizza hut foxwood in Ocala screwed up my big new Yorker pizza called them to tell them they even looked it up in system and seen that I was right and didn't even offer to fix the problem all he said is ok what you want me to fn do about them I said ok give me your corporate number and he said don't have it and hung up on my will never go to that pizza hut again they are very rude there and have no idea what they are doing

It's not too far from the house. The dinner box give us a meal and we have some left overs for later. Not a bad deal.... And wirh every order we earn point towards free food.. I'm always down for free food.

I wish I could give no stars. I ordered three pizza pretty sure I know how To order because I always order the same ones it never changes. I wait 45min for my pizza just to get it wrong and ones is doughy ok , well no big deal I call try to resolve the issue. Well girl who took the order instead on telling me what my pizza came like, how I ordered it and what I wanted. Was rude has ZERO communication or customer service skills. I’m a business owner and I would never treat a customer like that. I would not waste my time ordering here.
