Took my cash and then when I looked at the pizza, it did not look like a deep dish so I wanted my money back. And they said they couldn’t give me my money back. They had to give me credit. The manager wasn’t there $22.25 per a regular pizza Don’t go there.

I went to place an in person order, no one acknowledged my presents what so ever...i left after 6 or 7 minutes... went to domino's down the street... someone headed straight to the counter as I walked in the door to take my order... they will be getting my pizza orders from now on

They are using doordash instead of their own delivery drivers. Jaider with doordash delivered my food to the wrong address. When I called him he said he couldn’t find my address then insisted he delivered it to the right address. Had house description listed in the delivery notes. Went to Pizza Hut and they remade the order but I am still out the delivery fee and driver tip. I won’t order again.

I have ordered several times, and my order has been correct about half of the time.
Staff is attentive, sometimes not entirely friendly, but that's understandable.
A few times, my pizza was burnt, but they still gave it to me.
Overall, I recommend the location, but you'll probably need to check your order before you leave.

We tired to order online but it wouldn't go through. So we ordered over the phone. We should have hung up. The guy taking the order sounded stoned. Him confirming the order took a long time and seemed confused. We asked the price. The price changed three times. We asked to add a tip which he did. We placed the order for pick up. Sadly they partner with door dash. The dasher left the food on the ground despite there being a table at the door. Also both of the pizza were cold. The gluten free pizza doesn't have all the flavors as they say. It tastes like saddens and depression. We tried to call and talk to the manager but they refused

There is a table with a light on safety at our front door. The Doordash driver. Proceeded to leave the order on ground. Instead of the table that is right there. Pizza was also cold as could be too. The person taking the order my wife. Nor I, could even understand.

I haven't had pizza hut for over 15 years. Well I said let me try it again. I spent $44 for 2 pizzas and bread sticks. I was very dissapointed. Some of the toppings was not on there and it was just edible to say the least. Wasn't great, 2/10 . I was super dissapointed and regret it. I won't be going there again at all!!
We had an unfortunate mixup with the pizza we received. The woman I spoke with on the phone was amazing and friendly and got us the proper pizza as fast as possible. Thank you!

I placed an order for a large pizza with a stuffed crust and was charged $33. However, the pizza delivered was incorrect. After some delay, I spoke to a manager who offered a refund, which I declined as I simply wanted the pizza I had ordered. Although they eventually delivered the correct pizza, it had lost its heat and was only lukewarm. I offered to return the original pizza, but they declined.
While I understand that the establishment is likely quite busy, it is important to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered as expected. This is not the first time I have experienced an issue with my order from this establishment, as my previous order was missing a drink, which was later delivered.
In order to improve customer satisfaction, I suggest implementing a process to double-check orders before they are sent out for delivery to ensure accuracy and temperature.
