Horrible Service - over 10 people in that small area waiting and complaining. Pizza order was placed at 6:50 was suppose to be ready for pick up at 7:05. After asking several times my husband was told our order would be ready in 10 minutes. At 8:20 my husband asked them to cancel order and the person at the counter told him they could not find order although they had previously told him several times that the order would be ready in 10 minutes. My husband showed them the email confirmation and the workers walked to the back and didn’t come back up. My husband walked out. Couldn’t get any help at the customer service number was deferred to call store directly. Store answered on initial call and when I said that I needed help with an order I placed I was told they were the call center and would have to transfer me to the store although I called the store directly. Been on hold for over 15 minutes. Do better Pizza Hut. Never again.

The pizza was supposed to be complimentary because when we received it on 11/26, was raw dough literally raw dough. We had to re-cook it. The toppings wwre meltong off when we picked it. They told us our next pizza will be free. We ordered this evening. They never told the door dash it was paid for by Pizza Hut. The poor Door dash guy had to wait for 40 minutes to get straightened out with pizza hut, we made several calls to pizza hut. It was a terrible frustration 🫤 😤. Will not order from them again after 14 years!!! Apparently customer service doesn't matter any more. WILL BE REPORTING THIS STORE.

Best bite of cheese 🍕 ever. It was cooked absolutely perfect. One bite took me back to my childhood lol. It really was a great cheese pizza. My children were very pleased. It's too small however. The staff deserves more space, especially how they are cooking that pizza so good.

Every time we order from this store our order is wrong or missing items. This time the pizza was all smashed up like someone had dropped it. And the other pizza was made incorrectly. So sad that people can’t just do a simple job anymore. Of course the customer service number offered us a free pizza, which is fine, but it still doesn’t correct the fact that our orders continuously get messed up in some form. Sorry but I’m done with Pizza Hut.
Idk if you guys got new employees or if the manager was at the store tonight but we just had pizza and wings from the Marion Oaks Pizza Hut and it was probably the best we have ever had from this location. The pizza had a good amount of toppings and the wings were nicely cooked and had a crispy skin. Really happy with the quality and taste of everything!
