I am trying to place an order and I have enough reward points accumulated to receive free wings with my pizza. Since the app/website is not working properly, (which it hardly ever does), the store will not give me my free wings because they "cannot access the points" on their end. That has to be the stupidest thing I have ever heard! If they look up a customers name, they should be able to see that they have reward points to use and allow them their free item(s)...regardless of whether or not the website/app is working. They also claim that they have no way to contact corporate to let them know that their app/website needs to be fixed....which I also do not believe. I order from them all the time....I should be allowed to receive my free items. You will loose a lot of customers if this does not get fixed!

Pizza tasted like cardboard, terrible service and even worse product. Thin and crispy? More like thin and shitty. I was told this was the best pizza place in town but quite frankly I'm disappointed. I haven't had diarrhea in 3 years until I ate this excuse of a pizza. Could have fried a whole chicken with the leftover grease on the pizza box. Ridiculous, will not be returning.

I come here often today got here at 1025 nothing was done nothing was made except popcorn same unfriendly woman working behind counter said she wouldn’t be ready until 11 and wouldn’t take our order until she was done with the rest of her stuff she had to do..
Will not return. Could have eaten at a more formal restaurant for the price I paid for a specialty small pizza. Discovered after the fact that I could have gotten the large pizza for the same price. Felt robbed!

Just waited for more than 2 hours for a delivery. System should have estimated time of delivery before the order is finalized. When pizza was delivered, it was not warm
