The up-charges are ridiculous. What was a $14 Poke bowl turned into a $30 Bowl. Not going back. There’s a great Poke place across the street.

Delicious food but very disappointed in the price increase. I Order the same thing every time, a beef poke bowl with an extra side of meat (for my husband). It always comes to $14. Went over the weekend and ordered the same exact thing and it came to $24 😳. I commented on how the price increased by $10? And the cashier just stood there looking at me and said nothing. I had my receipt texted to me as always, and took screen shots of my receipts, however this page won’t allow me to post them, or I’d show them for proof. $24 for a food court meal? That’s a shame. Do better poke express.

Delicious food, crappy customer service. Placed an order thru door dash. Order got cancelled by restaurants I called and spoke with the staff member to which I was told to just try again later. I asked if they could reach out to door dash to get whatever the issue is that is cancelling orders resolved and was told outright no and that she wasn’t doing that for me. Great job!!!

Twice Jasmine charged $14.99 for a grilled chicken bowl instead of $8.99 as written on the board, plus additional $4.00 for a small scoop of crab meat. It is not a crab meat bowl. She smirked when i told her she was overcharging me. I asked for the manager both times, was told he was not there. I called and left 5 messages for the manager but never got a response. Obviously does not care about his business. I will never go back. $18 for a small poke bowl that is only half filled is a rip off.

Got more rice than anything. Asked for extra and nope just a huge amount of rice. I had to scoop half the rice out cause I didn't have enough sauce to cover everything. But it was good just portion better.

Food tasted great. But they gave me food poisoning. Avocados were HARD, uneatable.

I have met the managers staff here at least once, and I can confidently say that this is one of my top favorite small local restaurants of all time. The portions are huge and generous, reflecting the genuine family involvement in every aspect of the business. I once visited Washington DC and ordered Poke there – never again. The price was double, and the portion was half of what it is here. I am committed to supporting this small local business as a regular for as long as possible. I sincerely hope they remain open and prosperous for years to come.

If you want a healthy but filling meal, then this is the place to go! If you like Chipotle bowls with a bit of an Asian twist, then this is the place for you to go eat! The food is fresh and they do serve a good portion. To me, I think this place is underrated and definitely deserves more attention!

So yummy. I got the orange chicken on a bed of mixed greens with Hawaiian sauce and yum yum sauce. I will definitely be back. Really nice staff as well. Made me feel a little healthier than the other places with all the rice/noodles.

I never had before, so did know I'm exactly what to order. Staff very nice, generous portions. Typical food court setting was very clean. I'm so sorry I didn't like the chicken. Ive been eating vegetarian for a while now, maybe my tastes have changed. I really craved it, but it was very icky to me. The rice and seaweed were very good though.

I have eaten at Poke Express a numerous of times and this time it was an awful experience. My husband and I ordered the fried chicken for our entree; I ordered first and because there wasn’t enough for my husband’s order they had to fry more (my husband ordered extra chicken). Meanwhile, my order was already being prepared from the chicken that was there in which I had no problem with. Then the fresh chicken was mixed with the chicken that was there. This is where the problem came in. Now how long was the older chicken there and how many times was it remixed? When I was eating my food, I could tell my chicken was old and out of time. That is definitely a safety issue and I will mention this on my next visit. Also, they were not friendly versus all of my other visits. Maybe it was a not so great day for them.*One bad day could cause a person to become ill.
