Horrible! Chicken void of flavor. Cole slaw void of flavor. Service was fast only because they didn't have pieces of chicken i wanted so I took different pieces. Not what I was expecting after what seems like a 1 year remodel.

Do not come to this place after 10:30pm. First off they turn off the drive thru menu to make it seem like they’re closed. Then after driving back by when seeing a car in the drive thru I ordered a $6 meal and a spicy chicken sandwich. Dude hands me someone else’s order and I drive off and he’s yelling out for me. I parked and got out and I thought the guy was giving me my correct order the second time but then when I got home I realized I was missing biscuits and French fries.

Cashier asked me three times in a row if I was dining in or carrying out. There was only one other person in there so it’s not like they were busy. Then I said a number 3 and a number 5, 3 pc and she told me I told her a dinner, even though that’s no where I could find on the menu. Owners and managers I know people don’t want to work now a days but y’all should drug test the ones you got. Ridiculous.

Very few people in line and waiting 20 plus mins for my driver thru order…..
I just moved to the area. My first day in my new home. Signed up on the Popeyes app. Pre-ordered and paid for my order on the app. Drove there. Went through drive thru. Was told that the chicken would be ready in 6 mins. Pulled up to wait where he asked me. I watched cars in the drive thru, getting their orders while I waited. I didn't order anything special. I also saw people returning because their orders were wrong. After waiting 20 mins, I drove through the drive thru again. When I came to the window, the girl didn't remember me or my order. The man that was taking drive through orders gave her my order that was already in a bag. She handed it to me and immediately closed the window. When she saw i was still there, I explained that I needed my drink and apple pie. Sorry to say, I am not sure i want to go back there.

Today a cashier by the name of Jennifer was very rude and very snappy. I asked her to please add extra sauce on my wings (I like for my wings to look exactly like the picture looks) she snapped and said :I put extra sauce. I let her know that the Fanta ran out at the drink station,then I let her know two other drinks ran out the Sprite and Orange Fanta,she snapped and said something about someone else is doing something and she's the only one up there, she's about to change it with a attitude. It's a New Year and I was trying to be nice. I'm from New Orleans and I was about to get mad evil on her. I declined doing so and just left. This is my favorite Popeyes,today made me not want to return. Hire teens that need a job,not women in their 20's on their period seem like treating costumers bad.
