Sorry for the low score, I love Popeyes but this place was so poorly staffed and ran. Took forever and the chicken was not on point.

Popeyes chicken is always delicious. The service was excellent. However, on two separate occasions, my fries were overdone, and my chicken tenders were undercooked. Still love Popeyes chicken.

This place gave us part of our food and we didn’t realize until we were 40 minutes away. No receipt in the bag either. Rip off and customer service is a no help line. I will never go through this one again! They screw us up every time. They weren’t busy either.

I have been thru this drive thru 3x the wait is insane. This last time I was the ONLY car there and waited 25 mins for a 4 piece combo. They must be growing the chickens on demand.

I still cant figure out how if there is only 4 different pieces of chicken 2 white and 2 dark yet every time i order all white meat i get drumsticks and thighs. And order spicy then get regular. 8 out of 10 trips order is wrong. If you go through the drive thru make sure to open your food and check if it is right. They were also out of tenders that i actually went there for.

Food can be hit or miss. One day you go the chicken is great and fresh. The next day hard as a rock and damn near breaking your teeth. The customer service is okay compared to other Popeyes.

Bathroom didn’t work. Sign on counter said to order using the kiosk. The kiosk of course was out of ink. I purchased 2 sandwiches and was given 1. I was taken for $5 even after making my needs known. There needs to be a better way.

I went there just on the drive through to have something for dinner. I ordered chicken wings just with barbecue and they gave me the whole order VERY SPICY. The place is not great for eat there, neither to take the order alone, it’s dark and messy.

I came to make a order light skin black lady with ring in her tongue, her first question was are you picking up I’m like nah I’m going to make an order and she was with an attitude go order at the kiosk. I’m like I’m not familiar with that. She was rude don’t care and I just left . As a business owner if you reading this , this employee is costing you money , it’s a liability. People should just stay home if you don’t want to work . She’s actually pushing people away . Good luck with your business growth and review.

The help is very unprofessional and very discourteous. I said I didn’t want a lot of rice in my red beans and rice. The lady working the drive thru said that they didn’t put a lot of rice in the red beans and rice however I beg to differ these containers are already pre made so that’s not true. Further she alleged I was shouting at her and this also is not true to top things off I ordered some wings and these wings were so hard you needed a jack hammer to eat them. This is by far the worst Popeyes in this area. Please do yourself a favor and by pass.

First of all, if you go in the lobby you have to order from their Kiosk. There is no one to take orders at the counter. I saw a special on the board for $24.99 and wanted to order it but I couldn't find where to order it. There was at least 3 people in the back, one at the drive-thru, and one of the other 2 was fixing plates behind a shelf but could see me and others standing there at the counter needing assistance. After several minutes I said loudly, "I need some assistance please". Finally, a young man came out and my husband asked for his help. He couldn't figure it out and went and told a female behind the counter. When she came out, she couldn't figure it out and suggested I order the $29.99 special she had instead. I told her that was ridiculous and no thanks. We went across the street to KFC where it is cheaper, and they will take your order, and they act like they give a damn.
