Fresh popeye's chicken is my favorite. Unfortunately, at this location, the last 3 times I've ordered it. It was completely petrified beyond consumption, never again.

We had an awesome chicken sandwich.

Every time I go here it is atleast 20-30min wait and there is always something wrong with the order.
Today's order they forgot to give me the red beans & rice, the chicken wings were not cooked all the way , the chicken sandwiches were drowning in mayonnaise , and the chicken stripe were mostly breading.
This was an online order that I picked up thru the drive thru after waiting 35 minutes.

Pulled into the drive-through at 7:45. Tried to order a #7 seafood combo, but the worker rudely said with some attitude “We don’t carry seafood. Have a nice night.”…. Didn’t even ask if we wanted something else.

What the heck? It’s right there on the menu. If you don’t “carry” it, perhaps you should cover that portion of the menu in the drive through.

Food is always pretty good. However, multiple times I've had to wait 10-20 minutes past the pickup time for my food when I order ahead nullifying the point of mobile ordering. Also the last couple times I've gone inside, people were super noisy and letting their kids run around wildly and yell. I think the staff could at least have said something.

I had a bad experience at Popeyes today. I had got some chicken that wasn't done, and that was the worst experience I've ever had from there.

The best Popeyes chicken I’ve ever been! I got here at 9:55pm and they close at 10pm. Ashley took my order, she was genuine and very kind even though I got here 5 minutes before closing. The crew is nice and the place looks very clean. The drive through even has that New Orleans balcony look, check out the picture.

Every Popeyes chicken here in Florida should take note of this one here an use it as a model. The crew, the food, and the place was nice and clean. I give this place a solid 5 star! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
