I'm an elder lady and every time I go to this location and ask for a crispy chicken sandwich they always give me spicy. It has happened 100% of the last four times that I went. I go to the Williston location and they take pride in their work and get the sandwich right. I beginning to think they may hate old white ladies. The company needs to look into this one by sending mystery shoppers. I'm always kind and friendly to absolutely everyone, as I've worked in restaurants most of my career.

Horrible customer service. Had to wait 15 minutes for our food. They forgot our biscuits so we had to wait another 6 minutes for them. Manager was very rude, employees were rude and ignorant. This was all around noon when food should be fresh and ready. I will never go back because of the management and staff.

Had a bad experience at the Popeyes on pine Street so I left that location and decided to go to the location on highway 40 and went there and had a totally different experience. I was greeted by the young lady by the name of Alexia which took my order with professionalism grace and courtesy. It was a great experience at this particular location which I typically go to this location when I'm in town but I decided to try out the new remodel location on pine Street but that was a bad decision on my part. Maybe they need to tear down the one on pine Street again and rebuild it as well as rebuild professionalism and character of some of the employees at that location because it stinks.

I honestly don’t know how this location has remained open. This is my first google review ever, and if I could give lower than one star I would. The worst service and management I’ve ever experienced at any restaurant location by far. I have been to this particular location at least 10 times and every time it gets worse. Just spent 30 mins waiting for my chicken. Do not go here under any circumstances. I will be contacting corporate.

Once they got the order right the food was good. They seem to always mess up your order here... and the bad rating is based on the horrible service. The manager has a really bad attitude and should be fired.

BEWARE*** I’ve never been the type to get on here and write but my wife’s & I experience here at this Popeyes was so unacceptable I needed to share. Restaurant is filthy, service is bad & to top it all off a lack of inventory.. no soda, no coleslaw, & no dipping sauces. how this restaurant is still in business is mind boggling

Place was dead wasn't greeted made to wait so the manager could finish portioning her side cups then the girl in drive thru walked by me a few times until she got an order in drive thru and they took two cars before taking care of me lol the manager made a statement out loud and said if they don't like it I'm hiring... food was hot fresh and awesome tho
Stopped in for lunch with the family. A couple were in line in front of us. After a few minutes they turned and left. We waited 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Then a lady comes over and grabs money out the safe and is counting it over the fry station. We waiting almost 15 minutes and left. Will never try this location again.
