Prices are too high. Very skimpy on the fries for the price! Need new food quality management. Was doing good when open but service going down hill. Belleview location has better service and deals.

Last night I was headed to McDonald's drive thru and saw it was overwhelmed and looked over to the drive thru for Popeyes and it had two cars in line. I decided to go for it since it's been awhile since I've gone and their chicken sandwiches are pretty good. Boy was that a mistake... It took after I ordered, 20 minutes to get my food and the whole order was wrong. The drinks were wrong. I didn't get my fries and the chicken sandwich was literally bun-chicken -bun. What a disappointment. I didnt even bother telling them anything since they seemed like chickens with their heads cut off but come on guys get it together. This location has been shut down for awhile and I'm starting to notice why that is.

Popeyes is my favorite place to be, but This place here make me hate popeyes, less than 1 star been here 5 times and all 5 times was either horrible service, food extremely cold after waiting over 30 minutes, Corporate yall need to do something about your store

Trash trash trash. This location is too new to always mess up on these orders. I ordered a family meal, paid $42 and they must have been low on mash cause i received 1 scoop in a large cup. For a family meal?! I am not understanding what the issue may be. Do yall have specs? Portion sizes? This dont make any sense this is my second 1 star review cause ya messed up my other order last time I came. I might as well drive to the city to get my meals cause this location CLEARLY is not together. They will not get another dime from me and keep the copy and paste response too! Smmfh

Ordered two meals for my husband & I. Why is the Mac n cheese all cheese and no noodles?? We didn’t get our biscuits. Outside smelled like literal sewer as it did about a month ago when we last went. As another member posted, we waited a long time for yall to reopen and it’s so disappointing. Not sure we’ll be back. ALSO - the automated reply to the reviews here is so annoying. Get someone real to actually reach out and make things right with customers!

Let's start with, I have nothing against my people, but why do they have all Hispanics working a Popeyes? Next, my order was missing meals and had to wait for them to bring it out. Asked for spicy, and none of the tenders were spicy, even though they were labeled as such. I have no idea what they did with the original recipe for the biscuits, but it's definitely not the same. On a positive note, the regular chicken meal was delicious even though it was not spicy. The mashed potatoes were delicious also. The staff were friendly and apologized for the wait and missing meals and tried to correct the situation. Would I go again? Probably not. The cost of the food was outrageous. I could have eaten at an actual restaurant with better food, but we really didn't want to go to a restaurant at the time and figured we'd come try Popeyes after the reopening. I gotta say, the food from the old Popeyes was the way it should have been with the service from the new Popeyes. Also, their phone line is disconnected so I couldn't call them while waiting on the food to tell them food was missing.

$6 meal box - Portions size was great, tenders were tasty, fries were great. . . great deal! I don't usually get heartburn, but the red beans and rice are kicking back today. Wonder if they were old.
Our entire order was wrong but the service g8ven at the window was amazing. Cashier quickly fixed the mess up, so I guess no bad harm done. Just for the service I will definitely continue to come back.
Went back to the place after it’s been closed for quite some time hoping to have better service unfortunately nope same stuff as before. Got chicken strips with no sauce mashed potatoes with no gravy and no one answered the phone go at your own risk.

Person at drive thru clearly lacks basic comprehension. I clearly expressed what I wanted and they still managed to mess up my order. I pulled up to the window and waited a good minute before they told me to pull up to wait. I asked for them to put ranch in the bag, the girl at the window barely acknowledged it. Then I waited even longer just for them to come out with my order missing a whole chicken sandwich, there was no ice in my drink, no utensil for the mashed potatoes. Terrible service.
