Extremely disappointed in the customer service my daughter & I received last night regarding our Uber delivery! We ordered a pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni & garlic knots w/extra marinara. Pizza came w/ all pepperoni (which she doesn’t eat) and no marinara sauce for the knots! When we called Pronto’s they said call Uber for a refund or drive up there and get 4 cheese slices & the sauce! That defeats the purpose of ordering delivery and a credit for the next order should have been given! NOT an argument and lame excuses! Let me be clear we have been long time customers, used them for multiple catered events and also work at the local hospital and have given multiple referrals! To speak directly to the owner and be treated this way when there was a simple customer service fix is just a reflection of today’s society! No business should get this comfortable!
I’ve been going to every prontos location they’ve had available in Ocala for 12+ years. Hands down the best pizza in the city with phenomenal owners and employees. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

No...bad pizza. Bad..7-11 can compete if that says anything
This is the best pizza shop in Ocala. You can try all the others but you will find yourself returning to this one. The food is fresh and delicious and the service is outstanding.

I got sick the last time I ate there and the time before that. That's it for me. I had a slice of pizza with the buffalo sause and I threw up in the middle of the night. Before that,i had spaghetti and meatballs and the same thing happened. I was a long term customer and the pizza, pasta were terrific but something obviously happened over there and it's not good. No more pronto pizza for me. I don't like after taste going to bed and getting up to throw up.

Had a Representative visit the office i work promoting this pizza place promising quick delivery and good food. So I called to place an order as we are right across the street and they said 15-20 minutes tops. It took a little over an hour for food to reach me and now my lunch break is over. I ordered 30 minutes prior to my lunch.
Pronto has been the go to spot for as long as I can remember. You walk in, and are genuinely greeted by staff that are happy to see you. The food is always top notch and very affordable. The restaurant and behind counter is always clean and well kept. They always make it extremely hard to have a bad day after visiting. The staff are literally family that put their pride into what they do, and it shows. Big thanks to the family at Pronto for doing what you do!

Great neighborhood spot for those mainstays you'd expect. To me, consistency is of huge importance when I judge somewhere to eat. Consistency is here. I don't bother writing anything about a one-off experience. I've done lunch and dinner, pick up, and dine-in. Every time I walk through the door I'm greeted warmly. The pizza has been pretty solid, and I think very few people would be disappointed in the quality. Pizza is a super subjective experience, so your mileage may vary. It's not exceptional to me, but again, it's consistent and solid. I'll say they definitely have good lunch specials, which is great and convenient. Two slices, garlic knots, and a drink for like $11 and change. I've had a few things from the menu besides pizza and haven't been disappointed yet! Dining space inside is limited, but comfortable, with some outside seating as well.

I normally don’t rate any businesses, however, this pizzeria is horrible, the pizza is tasteless, you can tell the sauce they use is cheap, the chicken wings we’re disgusting, no flavor and barely cooked, the skin felt like rubber. This was my dinner so I was highly upset. I called the pizzeria and spoke with the manger, made him aware of my complaint, I offered to bring the chicken wings back for a full refund, as I did not eat them, but the manager refused, just offered to remake them, I explained I live 20 mins away and it’s 9:30 pm and he still refused, stated he will be out of wings. And he wasn’t concerned with me being out of a meal.

I recently ordered some fettuccine Alfredo after hearing rave reviews about it. However, after 2 bites, I could not eat anymore due to the fact there was too much garlic; I kept biting into small chunks of minced garlic and I believe it is because of the fact that there really wasn't any other flavors inhabiting the dish like you would expect (cheesy buttery, creamy, etc). I am not saying their food is bad, but believe it could be improved upon.

Starving.
Quick, order a pizza from doordash.
In less than 20 minutes, Pronto's sent a hot, delicious mushroom cheese pizza to my house. And delivered it so fast. Just a perfectly cooked, hot and fresh, satisfying pizza. Crispy bread, plently of cheese and toppings, and not too much sauce. Hit the spot, with tip and delivery for under $25. Worth the weekday cheat!
