Ralph’s is located deep within the WEC in Ocala, FL and mainly serves horse riders, their families and friends spending the day there for an event. If you are there for an event near the Expo halls (1 or 2), it is about the only thing you can walk to. Otherwise, you need a car, a golf cart or an Uber to find other places for breakfast or lunch. Despite having a captive audience, the food and service are better than most “fast food” joints. It was a lifesaver for breakfast...
The food was good as was the service. I think my only complaint is that the menu in the restaurant not as extensive as the website. I went in prepared to order & nothing I wanted was on the menu. It was very good food though.
I love coming to WEC and the burgers at Ralph’s are great but the service is always horrible and makes the experience go from a 5 to a 1 the person at the register is always statement rude for no reason. This most recent time they messed up my order and instead of remaking it which is the right thing to do they just added a slice of cheese. At that point it was pointless to even say much. I would love to continue to go to Ralph’s but not sure if I will due to my past few experiences.
