Had reservation for Christmas . Restaurant called and said they wanted to close early could we change it and we agreed. Upon arrival hostess was loud and rude. She put us in regular live and seated us at overflow table. We saw waitress on order but never again. Had to stop multiple wait staff for bread, . Food came without utensils . We had to find someone to pay bill . $150 Neal with virtually no service. Never again .

We have celebrated Christmas now for the third year at Red Lobster. The staff was excellent and the food is always good.

My husband and I went to this Red Lobster tonight for our anniversary. Their new menus rock!! We got the salmon, shrimp, lobster feast. The entire meal was so good. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great seafood!!!! Staff was friendly and so professional. Jackie and Dale made this trip fabulous and our anniversary extra special! For several decades, I have enjoyed Red Lobster restaurants from across our country, but none as much as tonight's visit in Ocala, FL (on 200 SW College Rd.) My wife & I (our anniverary!) experienced your new exciting menu - we had a huge dish which included lobster, shrimp, salmon, etc. - and it was the BEST, tastiest dish Ever! Also, your Manager, waiter, greeter, ALL were friendly, upbeat & professional!! Best experience ever! -I mean it!! Way to go Red Lobster!!! Anthony Catallo

Very disappointed! Went for lunch at 2pm. Waited over 20 minutes before our server came and there were only 2 tables and a 3rd couple came after us. We placed our order for lunch told us no ceaser salad out of romaine gave us house salad so wet it was mushy. No biscuits he said they had a big to go meal and was forbidden to take any of them. They were making more but had to wait 15 minutes after we were done. I ordered the shrimp Alfredo it had a bad taste like a sauce that came out of a jar .always good had it before. The 2 reason we go to red lobster ceaser salad and biscuits. I wish they would had told us they were out we would have left. I really loved red lobster but this left us in bad space. Not sure we go back. So sad

Terrible service. I visited this restaurant many times. Dine in service is terrible. No one greets you. Several employees looked at me and just kept walking. This last time I stayed standing at the To Go bar area for 15 minutes and even the bartender looked at me and did not acknowledge me. I would rather eat Taco Bell than give these people my money. Absolutely zero quality of service.
