My husband, daughter, and I had a busy day and were starving, so we stopped in to enjoy some burgers. At first, our server was very sweet and took our order, which included bottomless fries and drinks. However, after our food was served, she never came back to check on us. We had asked for medium burgers, but my husband’s was completely well-done. Since our server never returned, we were never offered more fries or drink refills.

When we finally saw her again, we asked for a box, which took another 20 minutes—and the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Needless to say, we don’t think we’ll be returning.

Third time and last time I will eat at Red Robin. Burgers are great but the service is terrible. Over an hour and a half lunch experience 2 burgers 2 fries and one salad. The refills for drinks took 20 minutes. Never seen my server on fries? Don't bottomless sides when it takes 20 minutes to refill a side or drink.

Red Robin used to be good before they started making guests wait 20 minutes to be seated when the restaurant is 80% empty. 35 minutes for food, another 10 minutes to fix the food they screwed up.

Servers blame it on short staff.

Is it short staffed because you can't find employees or is it short staffed because the operator still needs maximum profit for the 12 people who enter this pile anymore?

If you are going for the food, it's great. Our server was fantastic - I forget his name - Jacob? Joshua? The place itself was dark at lunchtime, a little musty. But, you are eating there, not moving there. I would go again. Excellent care for Gluten free clients.

Had been awhile since I had gone to Red Robin at this location. Don't let the three stars fool you the food was good but considering it's considered a gourmet burger it was mediocre for the price. I feel the quality at this location has gone down since I was last here probably 6 months previous. If you're going to charge those kinds of prices for Gourmet Burgers I believe the quality should be a little bit better.

Karma, our server, was amazing! I hope she gets everything and more. Best service I have ever gotten! The only reason I will be back is because of the service I have. I live an hour away so that is saying alot.

The worst customer service ever! I would have given them zero stars, but is not an option. Went their today 11-02 @ 3 PM. Stood at the front for 8 Minutes. Never seen the hostess. The family in front of us left due to the lack of service. The restaurant was at roughly 30% capacity. The manager Christina told me they could not seat us for 15 minutes. There were open tables everywhere. Terribly managed establishment avoid this place like the plague!

I’ve only been here 1 other time but wanted to try it again cuz me and my boyfriend were craving burgers. Nick and Ashley were great. They were so nice and attentive! Our food was delicious also. Will definitely be back! :)
