Unfortunately, after we were seated, we waited upwards of 20+ minutes. We waited because it was a little bit busy. They still had plenty of open tables, so they were not as busy as it could have been. However, we were never even seen by a single server. Not even to take drink orders. We did see a young guy with red glassy eyes pass us about 10 times. So we left after waiting as long as we thought appropriate. I do love the food, but this was a bad experience. Usually, we Doordash, and I think we will continue to do so. The service was worse than lacking. It was completely absent.

You must pay using card on tabletop "computer" thingy. Noisy. Table service was good.Dietary restrictions: I am a Celiac. They have, charge extra for, a Gluten Free bun. Which tastes really good.Fries are GF too.Hint, to keep bun intact, eat it upside down. As the bottom will fall apart otherwise.

This was supposed to be a BBQ bacon cheese burger there's no bacon and no BBQ plus the Brussel sprouts are burnt

Food was pretty good. I'm pretty sure they were short handed but the restaurant wasn't too visit as it was Easter. Service was a little slow but and had to ask a few times for refills. Super sweet waitress though.

FREEZING! Bring a jacket EVERYTIME! Food is always fresh and bottomless which is great. Great place to bring kids . Atmosphere is loud but FREEZING, to the point you’re so uncomfortable to enjoy your food.

Waitress took forever to take order never asked how food was. We ran out out drinks and side had to call her over from another table to get more. Definitely needs more training. Extra fries were cold.

Stopped in for a Birthday Burger. Wonderful. Dee Dee, our waitress was very caring and very nice attending to our needs. We Love Red Robin in Ocala, FL.Parking: Plenty of parking, 3 or 4 handicap spots, easy getting in & out

How do I even start at the greatness of Red Robins. Red Robins is an amazing place with a multitude of options for food. Their fries are so good! I usually get the Royal Red Robin. The service was fast and the waiters were very considerate. The atmosphere is amazing!
