I never write a review but I ordered a side of sticky rice and this is what was given to me. This is ridiculous. $5 is already steep for a side of rice, but for it to literally sit smaller than the palm of my hand is insane. This is such a rip off.

Great local Thai place! Hidden gem. Food was yummy and the service was exceptional.

This Thai Restaurant is Amazing!! Some of the Best I’ve had, which was unexpected as I was in town for one night and the restaurant is in a strip mall.
Very flavorful dinners, all authentic and Suoer. I almost went back to get more to put in the cooler for when I got home, 4 hrs south of Ocala

I can't believe the good reviews? The crab Rangoon had orange color filling, no seafood flavor and was over-deep fried. $60.00 order and no semblance of Thai taste. No fresh basil, lemon grass, or hot peppers. Told I'd get refund after complaint to management. Then told I'd get a credit for food.Why would I want to eat there again?

Vegans beware! I’m here from out of town, and was looking for cheap vegan food. Found a Thai place with vegetable soups and tofu. Ordered the vegetable tom yum and the vegetable soup in person. Initially walked in and a lady walked up to me asked me if I was with Uber eats, I said no and was ordering to go, then she was quite dismissive. The guy who took my order was nice but I’m not sure if he really understood what I was saying because I said I don’t eat meat and then he asked me if I wanted shrimp. I said no and ordered the 2 soups with vegetables. I asked about the broth, the guy said they did have vegetable broth. Told him I wanted vegetable broth with both soups. Get back to the place I’m staying and the Tom yum vegetable soup wreaks of seafood, I’m disgusted. The vegetable broth tastes pretty good. I eat half. The next day I’m eating the other half of the soup and I find what I HOPE is a shrimp. I don’t eat seafood anymore but this thing looks like a worm and I’m truly disgusted. I hope this a very tiny shrimp but either way. People should run not walk in the other direction! If I could get a refund and a MIND WIPE that would be appreciated. My best hope is to help someone else avoid this nightmare!

We love this place but they really need to hire a few people. They are far too busy for three employees. I’m hoping it was an off night because the kitchen could not get orders out. When they did come, they came wrong. Half the people waiting left before they got any food because it took over 2 hours. We even had to leave because my mother cannot drive in the dark and we couldn’t wait any longer. I really hope the sweet, lovely ladies who work there get some help. The food IS amazing!! They were just overwhelmed. Best wishes to Royal Orchid.

I had been to this restaurant many times back in the mid 2000s when it was under previous ownership. The food and service were fantastic. Cut to 2024, a friend invited me to lunch at this restaurant today and it is obviously under new ownership. There was no lunch menu so I ordered from the standard dinner menu. For $14 I got a curry dish with five cubes of fried tofu, three slices of zucchini, four slices of bell pepper and a little bit of rice on the side. I don't get the five-star reviews from just 3 weeks ago. Regardless, I'm not returning.

At the beginning it may not look like much but give it a chance because the food is amazing, and once the servers get to know you and you become a regular you will look forward to interacting with them and the type of service they provide.

I spent a year in Thailand and this is the best and most authentic Thai food ever. Service is great, the atmosphere is quiet, and I feel like I am still in Thailand. Try the shrimp fried rice; the shrimp are perfectly cooked and huge. The prices are also very reasonable.
