I had a reservation set for two people at 6 PM. Upon walking in the hostess Mary, instructed the young man who was the host assistant to walk me over to a two top table. I wasn't excited about the positioning of the table as it seemed to be far away from most of the ambience. I politely asked if I could be moved to a booth which by the way in eyesight one was available. They let me know that those booths were for four tops only. I took my seat and awaited my guest. 15 minutes past and I saw another two top be seated in one of those booths. I spoke to a manager, Jeremy, who was very helpful and moved me to a booth as soon as possible. Our server was named Robert. We decided To start off with the strawberry bruschetta that with goat cheese and balsamic reduction. The taste was not bad whatsoever. Unfortunately I did find a hair particle on one of the pieces of bread besides a strawberry. We were not checked on after our appetizers arrived for at least 15 or 20 minutes. When Robert came back around, I let him know that there was a hair and I showed it to him because I had separated on a plate. He didn't apologize, but he did offer to get me another one if I would like I politely rejected. The last piece of the appetizer and the side plates with the hair particle or left on the table even after Robert came to ask us if we wanted to place an order for our mains. We did we went with the Chilean Seabass, and the special fish. When the mains arrived, the appetizer plates were still left on the table. No one bothered to pre-bus or bus our table as we got our entrées.. Chilean Seabass was very tasty. It's a shame that not one visit was made from Robert our server who seemed to be a bit oblivious for at least 20 to 25 minutes. Robert did take the time to let me know that my guest was very beautiful and that I was a lucky guy. Robert dropped off the check and the appetizer was not removed. I paid and he said he would see us tomorrow with a smile. Abysmal service. Never aga
great spot perfect for any occassion. Food was very good, drinks and wine choices are many and good. It is a busy place but the service was right on top of everything. I will absolutely return soon.

The marinara sauce was very spicy. The jerk pork chop was overcooked. The bread rolls were lowest quality, microwaved, unevenly heated. The noise level was high. Waitress was professional and attentive.
Went on Saturday evening at 6. They were very busy but we were seated quickly. Our server April was great. It was a little too noisy but overall a good experience. I had the elk medallions with fingerling potatoes and green beans. Delish.

We used to enjoy Salted Brick but the last visit was very disappointing. The service was acceptable and the atmosphere of the restaurant is quite nice but the quality of food is trending down rapidly. The new menu with pictures makes you feel you are in a low cost Chinese restaurant. But most importantly, the food on our last visit was terrible. I ordered a burger - cooked medium - with bacon and grilled onions. It came with no bacon and no onion AND the meat was nearly grilled. Our waitress accepted to have it changed but she did not rush the change and it took forever to get the new burger. When it came it was a little more cooked but still far from medium. Bottom line: I was been sick all night after that dinner. Quite disappointing for a place that used to be nice.
Salted Brick has been one of our favorite restaurants, recommended to many friends. Just had lunch there, food was good, waitresss was attentive, beer was cold, but I probably won't be back. Don't like to do business with establishments that don't except cash. Yes, I have a credit card, but I like to choose how I pay.

Even with a reservation there was no table for us. Unorganized. Oh hit the chicken special. Chicken was ok but both vegetables were overcooked and dry. Very disappointing for $25.
We were very happy with Salted Brick. The staff was warm and inviting, the atmosphere was very nice, and we did have a great time. Thank you for a great birthday breakfast for our daughter
If you dine outside at times the flies might drive you crazy. The view of the water is nice. The food, for the most part, was awful. One of my friends mentioned she was not happy and the server did not say he would offer something else, or take it off the bill. He was pleasant but on auto pilot a lot of the time. The onion soup was ok, but the big clump of bread took up most of the area where there should have been broth and onions. One person ate almost nothing on her plate. I would never go back.

The menu was great and the appetizers were great. The chicken Parmesan didn't have a lot of flavor. The tomato basil soup tasted like the sauce on the chicken Parmesan and the pork chops were good.
