My son has severe allergies and I was having such a hard time finding cupcakes or cakes for his 1st birthday. I called multiple bakeries and no one could make him something but I called Soleil and they were able to make him a cupcake. Everyone was so kind and answered all of my questions. I felt less stressed knowing he would be able to have sweet treats for special occasions. The cupcake was delicious!! He loved it and even my other kids asked for some. I will forever recommend them to everyone I know. I called today and had another one made for him!! I am so thankful!!

Their vegan cakes and cheesecakes are absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and beautifully made. We’re also big fans of their brownies and cookies, which are always fresh and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming.
It’s become a special spot for us to grab a treat together now and then, and we always leave happy. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, and top-tier vegan goodies—Soleil Bakery is a must-visit for any plant-based sweet lover!

I have now been to both locations of Soleil bakery and it’s absolutely delicious! I met the owner today. She was warm and welcoming. Everyone who works there is very helpful and friendly. I don’t know how they do it. Everything tastes like regular baked goods, even better! They have a large assortment of gluten free products many of which are also vegan or dairy free. They also offer some savory choices which is a plus. Looking forward to going back!!
Chocolate cookie is to die for! Soft baked topped with chocolate which allows u to taste individual ingredients. Also had their orio brownie which had delicious too. They have great vegan selections and their vegan brownie was tasty! Forgot to take pic. lol

Best place in Marion County (either location) to buy true gluten-free baked foods, from people who know what Celiac means, & whose kitchens are absolutely free from any barley, rye, or wheat products. Prices are high, but so is both safety and - more, importantly - Taste! Everything tastes just like normal food. Service is great. Place is immaculate & you know you'll come back over & over. Parking DT is difficult & expensive. Parking at location off 200 is in a huge free lot.

So I ordered a keto pumpkin pie from here. And when I picked it up it looked burnt plus it was split all through the center. For the price I am very disappointed and dissatisfied! I would not recommend this bakery to anyone. The pie is definitely not worth the price I paid seeing as it is burnt and split!! Beware when ordering from here. You never know what you are going to get.
