We were visiting our daughter this weekend for her birthday and after a lot of research and reading wonderful reviews I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate icing and roasted strawberry filling from Soleil Bakery. The cake was incredible and far exceeded our expectations!! Being both gluten and dairy free, you could not tell it was allergy free at all. The staff was so accommodating and even used dye free sprinkles to make it super special. When we came to pick up the cake we couldn’t help but try the gluten free/dairy free cranberry orange muffin and Gf/Df breaded pretzel and they did not disappoint either!!! This will become a staple stop as we drive through Ocala. If you’re looking for an incredible allergen free bakery that doesn’t sacrifice taste or texture I would highly recommend Soleil Bakery.

I LOVE their savory options! I just pop their Chicken Pot Pie or their Keto Chicken casserole into my freezer for a day when I do NOT want to cook. SO filling and satisfying…I had no idea how much BETTER I feel when I go gluten-free. I do not feel like I am sacrificing ANYTHING in regards to taste or texture. Soleil Bakery is truly a treat….(especially the conservations with the workers! You couldn’t ASK for bigger hearts or smiles!)

We live in Gainesville but like to go to Ocala on occasion for the farmer’s market. Decided to stop by Soleil first for breakfast. It’s hard to find a dedicated gluten free bakery and Soleil does a great job! We tried the cinnamon bun, bagels, pumpkin muffin and coffee. It was all yummy. Waiting to eat our loaded chocolate chip cookie for dessert tonight. And the owner was so friendly. She gave us is a complimentary new salted pretzel that I think she is adding to the menu. And she even brought out a bowl of water for our pups. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend visiting.

If you are looking for a gluten free treat, this place is amazing! There is so much variety and options for vegan, keto, and dairy free. Came from out of the area and we are happy and sad! Sad that there isn’t a spot near us with this much to offer.

I and several of my friends and family drive an hour from Gainesville to visit this bakery. so far, every single item purchased has been absolutely comparable to top notch regular baked goods and pastries.

If you're looking for gluten-free, keto, or similar baked goods and sandwich breads and pastries it is absolutely all delicious here and extremely reasonably priced affordably so even. Even for glutinous eaters they have several items that will absolutely blow your socks off try the basque cheesecake- its DELICIOUS. I can taste the butter in the buttercream. Woah. Cashiers are angels too, as sweet as the pastries and more helpful than dietary change 😉

My son has severe allergies and I was having such a hard time finding cupcakes or cakes for his 1st birthday. I called multiple bakeries and no one could make him something but I called Soleil and they were able to make him a cupcake. Everyone was so kind and answered all of my questions. I felt less stressed knowing he would be able to have sweet treats for special occasions. The cupcake was delicious!! He loved it and even my other kids asked for some. I will forever recommend them to everyone I know. I called today and had another one made for him!! I am so thankful!!
