Soleil Bakery at Shady Oaks is such a gem! Especially for those of us looking for delicious vegan treats in Ocala! It can be really hard to find vegan-friendly baked goods around here, so we’re incredibly grateful to have a place like this to enjoy with my son.
Their vegan cakes and cheesecakes are absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and beautifully made. We’re also big fans of their brownies and cookies, which are always fresh and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming.
It’s become a special spot for us to grab a treat together now and then, and we always leave happy. Friendly staff, cozy vibe, and top-tier vegan goodies—Soleil Bakery is a must-visit for any plant-based sweet lover!

So I ordered a keto pumpkin pie from here. And when I picked it up it looked burnt plus it was split all through the center. For the price I am very disappointed and dissatisfied! I would not recommend this bakery to anyone. The pie is definitely not worth the price I paid seeing as it is burnt and split!! Beware when ordering from here. You never know what you are going to get.

We finally made our way into this bakery after eyeballing it for a while and are SO happy we did. We tried out a few different items and everything was SO amazing. It’s difficult finding places with vegan options and the fact that they have so many is so refreshing. The staff member we talked to was so friendly and inviting and was so willing to talk to us about all the different options. Definitely will be repeat customers :)

The atmosphere is a French bakery. It’s really nice and a great place to relax. ❤️ This is a solid GF place. Totally safe.
