This place was terrible. Unfortunately when it was shut down by the health department, it did not stay shut down.Six live roaches were in the prep area next to a sink, one live roach was on the wall next to the oven, two live roaches were inside a crevice near the handwashing sink, one live roach was inside the walk-in cooler, four live roaches were inside the walk-in cooler’s hinges, five live roaches were on the exterior wall of the walk-in cooler, three dead roaches were on a wall next to the dough mixer, nine dead roaches were on the exterior wall of the walk-in cooler, and three dead roaches were on the floor in front of the walk-in cooler.The restaurant was also cited for improperly storing food on the floor inside the walk-in cooler and improperly storing pizza boxes on the floor. In addition, pasta was found in the walk-in cooler that had been cooked over a week earlier on June 15 2023.

The veggie Stromboli is out of this world. Great price and size. Hot and fresh, the service was amazing. It was worth the drive there.
After a long drive we didn't want to sit in anywhere and decided to walk the mall a bit before grabbing some food. There were 2 people working. A woman who was all business. Not a bad quality but not friendly either. Once our food was ready we went down to the young man working the register. He was handed the bag with the spaghetti & then he bagged our pizzas in a different bag. He had a great personality for someone who is face to face with customers. Super personable young man. We left and made our way to the hotel 1mile away. Apparently the woman was in such a rush to get us out of there that she didn't secure the lid on the spaghetti so as we went to get out of the car the bag ripped out from the bottom and the spaghetti ended up on the ground. Big bummer.

This location is ripping off their customers and on duty managers will not correct the problem. They advertise a 2 piece pizza/soda combo for a certain price and then when you go to pay for it, the computer rings up an additional 10 cent surcharge. I asked to have this charge removed and was refused. Was told the the owner of this franchise is aware of the situation and will do nothing to correct it. Last time I will ever eat there again.
I really love their pizza. But Leann is a miserable human. This is the 3rd interaction I’ve had with it, and she shouldn’t be involved with serving anybody anything. Well, maybe subpoenas. Again, she is a miserable, hateful person. Everybody has bad days but not every single day. Find a new career.
