Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar

What can I say? We experienced nothing but the best service and food. Even the other patrons were not only pleasant but openly nice and welcoming. Sevi (Sevasti) was super helpful and patient as this was our first time and wow, the food? 12/10. We had a party of 4 with kids and grabbed all over the menu - everything was so far above expectations. Thanks Sevi and Shuckin’ Shack!

This place is very good 👍 We will definitely be back again. The price may seem high but go to Publix and try to buy all that you get for that price. This was the best seafood we have had since moving down here from CT. Sam Adam's Octoberfest on tap. Service was great!

This place is the bomb. Bartenders and staff all go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect from beginning to end. Drinks are poured perfect and cold. And the oysters…..amazing.

This place is awesome!🤩 First time going there 11-22-24. The girls and I decided to have dinner before we went to see WICKED, which, by the way, was AMAZING!!💚🩷I ordered the shrimp tacos with fries and a virgin mango margarita! (had a headache and headaches and alcohol don’t mix with me😑)
The tacos were delicious!!! 😋 LOADED with fried shrimp!!! OMG! Fries were crispy and fresh!! The drink was delicious as well. Our server was the sweetest! Very attentive, pleasant and friendly! She even took a picture with me and took a picture of us✨I can’t remember her name though😩Cassie or Callie maybe. (I’’m sorry girl) Anyway, she’s awesome so ask for her (look at the picture😂) Nice vibe there. I will definitely go back!👍🏽

Parking: The restaurant is in Market Street Plaza Heathbrook so it’s always busy in that plaza. It’s plenty of parking. You just have to be lucky enough to find a spot close to the restaurant.

Service was Quick. Visited a Sunday about 3pm. Ordered 6 raw oysters house special and 6 Blackberry premiamos or prime selection. The house oysters from Virginia were good, however 2 where non existent as when shucked it showed that they where not ready. Kitchen compensated with two additional Blackerry oysters. These premium oyesters where very good. Will come back.

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant that had oysters, we called and Savannah answered the phone, very courteous, she had the patience to answer all of my husbands questions with a very pleasant voice. This is what I call real customer service. We will be visiting tomorrow .
The Olivera’s

The food was great and that’s always what’s most important. The service is very slow and it was not crowded at all. Some of the menu prices are insane ($23 for 8 wings, $80 shrimp steam buckets). Condiments at the table missing the caps and the menus were sticky. The inside is great and does not feel like you are in Ocala. we were a party of 3 and very much enjoyed our food and frankly we will be back, it’s worth another visit.

Thank you Shuckin Shack!! My husband and I had to evacuate from Tampa, MacDill AFB for hurricane milton with our two Labradoodles in tow. On our way back home post Milton , we had to try to find somewhere that we could stop and have some lunch on our way back to Tampa. We saw your establishment boasted it was pet friendly, that’s an understatement! Sevi Not only welcomed us in the outside area but treated our dogs like patrons as well. Some regulars were at the bar outside and they helped give attention to our weary car sick dogs, Charlie and Otto. While Sevi brought out water numerous times for our dogs we enjoyed a great and relaxing lunch! So on the human side… great service, fantastic food, and wonderful atmosphere! Big flavorful portions! My Left Coast Louie salad had tons of shrimp! Yummy! In the mist of all the chaos and craziness we had experienced for the last week, this was a welcome reprieve. We felt like locals and neighbors in your establishment. We thank you so much!! We highly recommend Shuckin Shack! We shouldn’t be surprised in Florida neighbors support neighbors, Florida strong!

Raw oysters were delish. $18 a 1/2 dozen! Crab dip had way too much salt and dressing (unsure if it was mayo)so we could not taste the crab. Steamed shrimp were good. The atmosphere was good then someone cranked the music, then it went back to normal, then cranked again.
