I asked the lady for a large iced coffee with cream and sugar-free vanilla. She makes a latte and tells me that’s typically what it is. I said no I want a coffee not a latte. She then takes the cup. Puts a quarter of coffee in one pump of sugar-free vanilla, and then hand me the cream to do myself And gave me an attitude about it. If I wanted a latte I would’ve asked for a latte. Never have I gone to a Starbucks and ask for an iced coffee and they gave me a latte and tell me that’s a iced coffee

This place is utterly ridiculous because it’s at on top of the world. They screw you on the price for below average food. The bagels were stale and all I got was two bagels and it was seven dollars. No cream cheese no nothing just bagels.

Everything about my experience there was average. Was a fair price, okay sandwich at best, side cup of fruit was 10 grapes and three awful orange slices. I was there first thing in the morning and coffee was a little cold.

Bravo ?? to the young lady working today! Saturday April 13th. I stopped in for half dozen bagels, 2 breakfast sandwiches and a double shot espresso. Sorry I didn’t pay attention to her name, but she was swamped and held her composure 100%!Also the young man making the food was also very professional!Excellent customer service!
