Great place to stop for protein foods! The donuts are so good and the teas are 10/10. the owners are always very welcoming and service is great. They have a monthly menu and are always coming up with new drinks.Vegetarian options: So GOOD!!!!

I recently visited this incredible herbal life shop that offers an amazing variety of teas, protein waffles, pancakes, and açaí bowls. ??? The teas were so flavorful and soothing, and the waffles and pancakes were absolutely delicious! ? And let me tell you, the açaí bowls were a refreshing and nutritious treat. ??? The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even better. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a healthy and tasty option. Order shake with extra protein. $12 shake. Employee filled cup and still had large amount in blender. Tops with unneeded amount of whip cream to fill the lid. Employees start sharing the rest of the shake from the blender with customers.. then proceeds to say it’s not correct flavor wise and they’re going to make another one for themselves as I’m walking out the door. Doubt the protein amount it correct even after paying extra.

A coworker referred me to this small business and I have been hooked ever since. I decided to look for an alternative to Starbucks at the beginning of the year, and I am so glad I found them. Not only do their super teas give me a boost of energy to last throughout the day. I actually feel good after drinking it unlike Starbucks. The crew is awesome and always in a good mood!

My Husband and I were in Ocala for 6 days & we made it out to Social Springs 5 of the days!!!The food, the drinks, the atmosphere is absolutely unmatched! I highly recommend “La Pasionada”!!! It’s got passionfruit, and I had it every single time I went!! I can’t believe I found a nutritious tea that satisfies the sweet tooth without all the extra added sugar!!!! I didn’t have to feel guilty about a single thing I ordered, and it felt great! And the best part is they had teas for kids - so, naturally, my son is an absolute fan as well!Now that we’re back in Chicago, it’s all a crave!Sean, Steph, & Adrienne were sooooo sweet! You can tell they love serving others!Can’t wait to visit again!!!!Kid-friendliness: They have teas for kids too!
