My husband ordered a keto Trés Lechè birthday cake for me from Soliel Bakery. Let me tell you something… That cake was out of this world. I think he told me that this was the first one they had made or been requested from a customer. It was absolutely divine. It wasn’t dry AT ALL! The whipped topping and cherries were heavenly. Thank you so much for a delicious and keto friendly birthday cake. All of my friends enjoyed it as well and had no idea it was keto?

Was extremely satisfied with my wedding cake purchased from Soleil! They were very communicative, even texting me updates and questions. The price was extremely reasonable and they said the cake would feed 10...ummm, all 10 guests took a huge slice home! Everyone kept saying how delicious it was!Also we visited the day prior and had a slice of pina colada cake which was so moist, it was a 10 of 10!!Thank you for making our special day delicious!!

We stumbled across this bakery while wandering around the square in Ocala. I was delighted that everything is gluten free! Even more so when we ate the 3 items we brought home! Couldn’t even tell they were GF. We had a cupcake, a cinnamon roll, & a slice of pumpkin bread. All were wonderful!
