Went through the drive thru and our order was incorrect. When we told them it was incorrect they took the bag back, took out the incorrect item and put them correct item in the bag but didn’t properly inform us that there was price difference. We noticed we paid more for the incorrect item and when we asked about that we were told it would take 5-10 business days for our order to be refunded and we would have to repurchase our original correct order . Use to love coming here but apparently customer service isn’t the same

Ordered tater tots.When it came one pack of ketchup for both of us.Also chili dogs that were hard to eat because it was pushed through the bun.So it was coming out of the bottom. Drink was all ice.Never again.

We come here occasionaly for the wag cups mainly. It's the only place around that charges us, but we get ice cream instead of whipped cream so it's nice. Went today when the GM herself was apparently there. Got told it's only whipped cream today. Disgruntled we pulled forward. Got our drinks and the cups, and it was a laughable amount of whipped cream that was given to us. In a small cup and still maybe a quarter of the way full. We spent $0.99 EACH on less than half of what other stores give out for free. Then, when we went to complain, the GM hide behind her employee and wouldn't come to the window. We did end up getting a full cup to split between the 3 pups, which was nice, but expect the place to get cheap with this management around.
I have always had a soft spot in my heart for sonics. The whole drive up thing may have died off if not for them. That said the prices have gone up and they are now charging for things that used to be free. But hey I get it times are hard in this very post war America. I'll go back. Would love to see them hoist a classic car show! Just saying

There are two Sonics in Ocala, this isn't the one you want to go to. I ordered the double smash burger with no pickles, no onions, and add lettuce. They gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for. So I asked if it could be fixed to how I originally asked. The servers there were sweet and went to get it remade, but when I got my new burger, the bread was now soaked in grease, the two patties were basically outside of the sandwich, and it was drenched in the sauce with not much lettuce, and it was horrible to eat. It felt like whoever had to remake my sandwich was pissed off that they had to remake it and just destroyed it. If you want a good Sonics burger, go to the other one, they aren't good here.

I love Sonic is one of my favorite restaurants and I rarely get disappointed here the food is cooked to order most of the times and my server has always been very courteous once in a blue moon you get your bad
We love Sonic and of course you eat in your car. LOVE their onion rings, the best in town that we’ve tasted. Good shakes too. We love the breakfast bacon, egg toaster sandwich too although it is smaller than we’ve had. This restaurant keeps constantly delicious food as our Nashville Sonic. We love you.
