Requested no lettuce on chicken sandwich. They took it back to dix, Waited while my husband ate then an extra 5 minutes before ringing the bell again to ask about sandwich, they stated its almost ready. 10 min later I finally walked up there again to ask for sandwich, again told its almost done. 4 minutes later I finally got a chicken sandwich with mayo and pickles! Who the he'll eats chicken with pickles. Never.again

It was ok. The service was not as quick as usual. I used a kiosk and ordered a strawberry shake. The order must have been lost in the kitchen. We had to call back for our order. We were compensated for our unusual wait.

Very unprofessional March 03,2024 (6:45-7:50) told to park and wait after showing my phone screen DoorDash order then after waiting for about 30 minutes drive back in reverse for them to say someone else had “picked up already” note those words before saying “confirmed it already” in the app i asked if the person showed them the confirmations but I highly doubt that was the case with the much pressure there was even tho there was none at all some were working.. one I seen in the phone and another outside for about 30 minutes laughing it off with what appeared to be a customer but clearly that was not the case with what I seen… I could go detail by detail but waste of time and money, LITERALLY for me and the person who ordered through DoorDash

I love Sonic especially for the diet cherry limeade. My husband and I like the opportunity to eat out and not cost a fortune. We recently tried the $1.99 cheeseburger sandwiches. They were delicious so we went back but the patties were way overdone. I do like the employees who always deliver our orders with a smile.

The service was friendly and fast the food is over priced for what you get I got the double bacon burger got home to find out it had no bacon the wife got a blt sandwich had one piece of bacon and one tomato I guess you got to make profit somewhere had to send my shake back because it had wip on it I ask for it without for 62.00 you think they could get it right I could have went down the street to sonny's BBQ for the same price and got better food.
