I went throught the drive-thru tonight and ordered a medium Oreo Sonic Blast. I specifically asked that they be sure to blend it all the way to the bottom, and once again, the bottom half of the Blast is unmixed. Secondly, simple math is NOT happening. I always give the delivery person (even in the drive-thru) a $1 tip. My bill was $6.01. I gave a $20, and received $12 in change. Didn't realize it till I went next door to Walgreens (my fault for assuming my change would be right). The person who delivered my Blast was not the same as the person who brought the change. 😶🤔

It’s garbage! The fries were cold the burger was awful , the bun was stale and completely feel apart with the 2 bites I took of it, the meat was cold and flavorless. My husband order chilli cheese tots that barely had any chilli and cheese . His cheery limeade didn’t have any cherries or limes . If we weren’t in a hurry and already out of the parking lot I would have demanded my money back . We pay to much for food these days for it to be trashed !

Went to try the sparkling sugar cookie Dr. Pepper drink and it tasted like plain Dr. Pepper. The food was cold, which is disappointing. Waited for over 30mins.
I went to the one on Maricamp road and order the French toast sticks. I did not get the syrup so I asked for it and the guy who brought it out told me next time I need to ask for it. Any other place I've ordered French toast sticks the syrup came with it.

For some reason, everything i ordered from here my stomach was upset the next day. Me and my wife both experienced this. The parking lot is always loud with music and people that go here to party. The burgers taste good but they will mess your stomach up. The prices are higher than most places.

I went through the drive-through tonight and let the person know taking my order that I was going to have a big order. Usually when I go through once a week, the Girl rushes me through my order. When I got to the window, her and her colleagues proceeded to make fun of me enough that I could hear even with the window closed.. I confronted her about it by explaining why I said it was a big order. Her response, in a very nasty tone. That’s not a big order not a big order. As if she was schooling me. I don’t like writing negative reports but I also don’t like negative customer service.
