We were seated immediately and our waiter came quickly too. Service was great and the food was even better. Brisket was perfect, and the pulled pork was *chefs kiss*. We ordered loaded tots and the tots stayed crispy the whole time.

Asked for a side order of broccoli and was told no. The server said can only be served with family size meal. Broccoli is shown as a side order on their menu. No one greeted us. We had to walk up to the first person we saw to ask for help. Very business-like server. Got the job somewhat done except for my broccoli, which I really wanted. Also ordered a dessert and they didn't have one ingredient. But, I ordered it anyway. It was somewhat early afternoon. Should have the ingredients that they advertise for.

If I could give this place ten stars for service I would! Ask for Kimberly she is an exceptional server and you can tell, she truly loves her job! I am a Manager/Owner in the food service industry in the Tampa Bay area and was amazed at how she handled so many tables so seamlessly. She is so patient and kind. They're very lucky to have her! Oh and yes..the food is absolutely amazing here. You can't go wrong with anything. Try the triple pork platter or the ribs they are just phenomenal!

Rude staff and they closed earlier then advertised (got there at 8:20) waited in line for 15 minutes to then be told we’re closed very rudely. I checked and Door says 9pm
