I just want to say what an amazing experience I had at this Starbuck's location today. Our company decided to buy 30 of us coffee today and I was having issues with putting the order in online due to the volume. I ended up having to call the store and Skylar went above and beyond to help me get our order in even though they don't take orders over the phone. He went as far as to go through the list twice with me to make sure our order was correct and put each individual person's name on their cup so when the order arrived we were able to easily pass it out. Skylar was absolutely wonderful and professional making this experience one to never forget. Best Customer Service I have experienced in a long time!

Starbucks u SHOULD be ABSOLUTELY disappointed in this "new" product ("New" Turkey Sage Danish). I decided 2 order it bc it was being advertised as NEW. While I am not disappointed in the taste, I AM DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED in what was served -- 13 bits of turkey sausage for $5.62, yeah I AM DISAPPOINTED Starbuck. So, Exec Leadership team, B Niccol & D Carr, those who rep the Starbucks MUST always remember the quality & value of the 'Starbucks Brand' is not theirs 2 squander by being lazy in, not only in the type of service they provide, but equally imp, in the type of product they sell 2 your customers. Starbucks Do Better!! Starbucks Your Rep Demands Better!!

"This a drive-thru oriented/focused store" - that is management's response(Tim and Jay) to why they have the worst customer service you can possibly imagine. The employees are trained to purposely avoid making eye contact or any acknowledgement that you're present. You have to either sit in silence and take your punishment or be bold and borderline invasive to get someone's attention... The wait is always at least 15min for even the smallest of orders. There's no continuity when making orders.. one person will be making a drink while someone else is doing the other item(s) and they don't communicate with each other. Therefore, the drink(s) and other item(s) are never ready at the same time..Furthermore, when deliveries are ready, they hold them behind the counter(and over your head) and do not bag them.. they continue to make drinks for drive thru because thats more important.. I do 3rd party delivery apps part time and this is the only store/chain in Ocala that I had to ban myself from because of their rude, dismissive behavior.
