I get out of my car and come in here for my Starbucks to Target over other drive thru locations!!!! . Lucy is amazing and so kind on cashier, she knows you by name and your order ! I was very sad to hear she's leaving. I also love all the young staff there !!!! The blonde w her hair up is amazing ( sorry shes on days and I honestly dont know her name. Very, very nice !!!!!. Drinks always on par. The samples are unique and have me hooked on a few new drinks. They do a great job! Atmosphere is clean and kept neat.
I feel prices are steep but, ok for a nice treat. Great overall impression all around . Great experience always !! There is a young girl who does not fill the cup all the way I will be asking for that corrected in future. Maybe a training issue. Im not the only one per reviews ...

I believe her name is Joy. She always wears her hair in a braided ponytail. She is my favorite employee there. She’s always so nice, out of all of the Starbucks that are in Ocala, she makes my drink the best.

Two older ladies working this morning. Upon walking up, one of the baristas was taking shots of espresso behind the counter. The lady at the register did not greet anyone. Once I said goodmorning she replied goodmorning and then just stared at me. I ordered my drink and moved to the pickup area where the barista who was taking shots is now arguing with a customer over a straw and all the things they are out of. The customer walks away and she finishes my drink and slides it across the counter with an attitude and says here's your drink. If you hate your job that much please leave.

One of the baristas didn't fill the cups, she also didn't put cinnamon on top of the drink that required it. She also had a slight attitude when we had a question about one of the drinks. The only reason there is a 3 for service is because another barista did the other drink and he was very kind and filled the cup.

The cashier lady takes WAY too much time with each guest. Absolutely no sense of urgency. And in between each customer she takes time to have side conversation about binders or about Pizza Hut. Absolutely zero customer focus. Employees seem annoyed by her too. Just SOOOOO slow at the POS.

I ordered a scone and it was just a little bit bigger than a quarter. Maybe it is becuz I'm fr NJ....Or maybe they changed the size and I didn't notice, but in NJ, scones are close to the size of a donut ..

Went to order and the coffee grinder was broken not letting us get any coffee aside from an americano, which we didn't want. I understand things break but they should've put a sign out at the line entrance stating the coffee grinder was broke and only certian drinks could be made. The line took a while despite only having 2 people in front of us because there was only 1 employee who was rude. Another employee did come in to start her shift which helped move things along but unfortunately they were out of alot of things. The employee who made my drink was fairly slow and didn't call my name or anything when giving out the drink she just set it down on the counter. Will not be going here for a while.

The girl that took our order was so rude and had such an attitude… like she was disgusted with everyone. My mother’s drink was just okay and my drink was wrong. Due to a major sensitivity, I order non dairy and when I asked the barista what milk he used, he looked completely annoyed and then he looked at my cup and said coconut. I should have tried the drink right then and there but I didn’t. I was feeling flustered and we left because the atmosphere was so weird. I tried my drink down the road and knew right away he didn’t use coconut milk. So now I will have a reaction and cannot drink said drink. Thanks a lot.

Worst location I have ever been ever! One cashier wants you to get what she wants… translation: order fast; and the other was making jokes with someone else not making the drinks accordingly, not blending it when it was a frozen drink with a huge amount of people there. Not supervisor around either?Anya: nasty attitude! and Caroline very rude.
